Research On The Prescription Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine To Promote Wound Healing After Anal Fistula Surgery Based On Data Minin

Objective: To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting wound healing after anal fistula surgery by using the data mining method,summarize relevant clinical observation design methods,summarize the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to promote wound heali ng after anal fistula surgery,and provide data for clinical practice and follow-up research support.Methods: Randomized controlled clinical studies on Chinese medicine to promote postoperative wound healing of anal fistula were collected from databases s uch as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,etc.The relevant information on research design and Chinese medicine prescription was entered,and the data was organized using Python programming language.The analysis module performs frequency statistics,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,and visual presentation of the sorted data.Rresults: Most research on Chinese medicine to promote postoperative wound healing of anal fistula was in Jiangsu Province and Shanghai.The number of related literature published in the past 15 years showed an overall upward trend,most of which were published in the Chinese Journal of Anorectal Diseases.In the experimental design,the researchers prefer to take the wound after the operation of the low simple anal fistula as the observation object.The control group chooses blank control,potassium permanganate solution,and vaseline at most.The leading observation indicators are healing time,effective rate,exudate,Wound area,granulation growth,etc.The traditional Chinese medicines used to promote wound healing after anal fistula surgery are mainly cold,flat,and warm,and the tastes are primarily sweet,bitter,and acrid.Among them,oral medicines are mainly tonic,sweet and warm,while external Chinese medicines are mainly used to clear away heat,bitterness,and cold.Drugs are mostly returned to the Heart,Liver,Lung,Spleen,Stomach,and Large Intestine Meridians.The most commonly used oral drugs are tonic and heat-clearing drugs.The high-frequency drugs are Licorice,Astragalus,Angelica,Atractylodes,Treats,Poria,and related drug pairs are Atractylodes-Astragalus,Atractylodes-Phellodendron,Forsythia-Angelica,Angelica-Astragalus.External application of traditional Chinese medicine,heat-clearing medicine,other medicines,and blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines are the most common.Comfrey-Angelica,Comfrey-Blood,Angelica-Blood,Blood-Borneol.External washing Chinese medicines are mostly heat-clearing medicines and blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines.The high-frequency medicines are Phellodendron,Sophora,Galatia,Rhubarb,Glauber’s Salt,Dandelion,etc.The related drug pairs are Atractylodes Rhizoma-Phellodendron,Sophora-Phellodendri,Galla-Sophora,Glauber’s Salt-Sophora flavescens,Galla Chinensis-Treats,Rhubarb-Treats.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine can promote wound healing after anal fistula surgery,and there are three main methods of oral administration,external washing,and external application.Oral Chinese herb al prescriptions strengthen the spleen,replenish qi and activate blood,clear heat and eliminate dampness,and take both attack and tonic.The external application of traditional Chinese medicine is more nourishing blood and muscle,and the core drug comb ination is Lithospermum-Angelica-Frankincense-Myrrh-Angelica-Dexil-borneol;Phellodendron is the core medicine in the external washing formula.Traditional Chinese medicine for external use of anal fistula has a certain tendency according to different dosa ge forms.It tends to make the heat-clearing and dampness-reducing medicine into lotion,the decomposing and muscle-building medicine into powder,and the blood-nourishing and muscle-regenerating medicine into the ointment.Chinese medicines for external use have a certain tendency for different dosage forms,tending to make heat-clearing and dampness-reducing medicines into lotions,detoxifying and muscle-regenerating medicines into powders,and blood-nourishing and muscle-regenerating medicines into ointments.The Python programming language shows excellent flexibility and practicability in data collection,organization,and analysis is easy to learn and master and can be used for data analysis of large samples.
