Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Double-needling Eye Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Insomnia Caused By Phlegm-heat Disturbing The Hear

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture and double needling on insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing heart type,and to compare the differences of different eye acupuncture methods,so as to provide a new scheme for the treatment of insomnia with phlegm-heat disturbed the heart.Material and method:90 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for insomnia and the diagnostic criteria of phlegm-fire disturbed heart type insomnia were randomly divided into control group,eye acupuncture group and double acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.All groups were treated on the basis of basic treatment.The control group was treated with Huanglian Wendan Decoction orally,with 7 days as a course of treatment for 2 consecutive courses of treatment.On the basis of this,the eye acupuncture group was treated with horizontal acupuncture outside the eye needle frame.On the basis of the eye acupuncture group,the double acupuncture group pressed close to the needle in the same direction next to the chosen eye needle acupoints and then inserted a needle to form a double acupuncture method.The patients of eye acupuncture group and double acupuncture group were treated once a day,five times a week for two weeks.Clinical efficacy evaluation,pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),insomnia severity index(ISI)and TCM syndrome scores were used as the observation indexes of this study.All patients should to be evaluated before and after treatment.Statistical software was used to analyze and compare the therapeutic effects of the three groups.Results:1.Completion of the trial:a total of 90 patients were included in this study,and were divided into 3 groups according to random number method,with 30 patients in each group.29 patients in the control group completed the treatment,and 1 fell off;In the eye acupuncture group,28 patients completed the treatment,and 2 fell off;In the double needling group,27 patients completed the treatment,and 3 fell off.2.Basic situation: there was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease among the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05).3.Clinical efficacy evaluation:after treatment,the symptoms of patients in the three groups were significantly improved,there was difference in curative effect.About the clinical efficacy evaluation,the double acupuncture group was more better than the control group(P<0.01),the eye acupuncture group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the double acupuncture group was better than the eye acupuncture group.4.Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index(PSQI): there was no significant difference in PSQIindex among the three groups before treatment,but the PSQI index in the three groups decreased significantly after treatment.The score in the double acupuncture or eye acupuncture was greatly lower than that in the control group.The score in the double acupuncture was greatly lower than that in the eye acupuncture.5.Insomnia severity index(ISI):there was no significant difference in ISI index among the three groups before treatment,but the ISI index in the three groups decreased significantly after treatment.The score in the double acupuncture or eye acupuncture was greatly lower than that in the control group.The score in the double acupuncture was greatly lower than that in the eye acupuncture.6.TCM syndrome scores:there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores among the three groups before treatment,but the TCM syndrome scores in the three groups decreased significantly after treatment.The score in the double acupuncture or eye acupuncture was greatly lower than that in the control group.The score in the double acupuncture was lower than that in the eye acupuncture.Conclusion:1.The treatment methods of all three groups are effective for patients with insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing heart type.The clinical efficacy of the double acupuncture is significantly better than the control group,better than the eye acupuncture group.The clinical efficacy of the eye acupuncture is better than the control group.2.In reducing PSQI score,ISI score and TCM syndrome score,the curative effect of the double acupuncture or the eye acupuncture is significantly better than that of the control group.3.In reducing PSQI score and ISI score,the curative effect of the double acupuncture is significantly better than that of or the eye acupuncture.In reducing TCM syndrome score,the curative effect of the double acupuncture is better than that of or the eye acupuncture.
