The Needle Drug Combination Treatment Of Anger Disturbed Heart-shaped Insomnia Clinical Observation

Aim: To observe clinical effect on acupuncture-medicine method to insomnia patients with type of liver fire harassing heart.Method: Eighty insomnia patients with type of liver fire harassing heart were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in order of arriving hospital. Each group had forty cases.Two groups were both treated with Longdanxiegan Tang; the treatment group also received acupuncture therapy. After two courses,observe the change of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) points of two groups before and after the treatment.Results:1 After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 95% while that of the control group is 80%(P<0.05). The efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.2 Testing TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group, respectively, by paired t test before and after treatment(P<0.05) shows that two groups can both improve TCM syndromes of patients. Testing TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group by t test after treatment(P<0.05) shows the treatment group has better effect than the control group.3 Testing PSQI points of the treatment group and the control group, respectively, by paired t test before and after treatement(P<0.05) shows that two groups can both improve PSQI points of patients. Testing PSQI points of the treatment group and the control group by t test after treatment(P<0.05) shows the treatment group has stronger effect than the control group.Conclusion:1 Longdanxiegan Tang can both ameliorate TCM syndrome and improve sleep quality of insomnia patients.2 Treating with acupuncture and Longdanxiegan Tang is more effective than simply with Longdanxiegan Tang.
