Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Henggu Bone Wound Healing Agent "oral Administration + Drug Penetration" In The Treatment Of LDH Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrom

Objective:To explore the efficacy evaluation of "oral + drug transparent" on patients with liver and kidney deficiency of lumbar disc herniation,and to put forward new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver and kidney deficiency of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:90 patients with lumbar disc herniation and liver and kidney deficiency from August2021 to June 2022 in the orthopedic clinic of Hunan Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in June 2022 were divided into 30 cases of combination group(oral + drug dialysis group),oral group and drug dialysis group by random number table method.In the combined group,oral therapy was combined with targeted treatment,and in the combined treatment group,and oral treatment was used in the oral group.Once in 2 days,6 times for 1 course,all 3 groups are treated for 2 consecutive courses.Compare 3 groups before treatment,1 courses,2 courses,2weeks after treatment pain visual analog(VAS)score,dysfunction index scale(ODI)score,the Japanese institute of lumbar function scale(JOA)score and treatment of TCM syndrome before and after the expression level and the occurrence of drug-related adverse reactions during treatment.Result:(1)A total of 95 patients were included in this study,of which 5 cases were detached,and90 cases were actually completed.The gender,age,disease duration and corresponding observed index differences between the three groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating comparable values.(2)Within-group comparison: After 2 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores and ODI scores of the three groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the increase in JOA score was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the three treatment options could effectively im Prove the Pain,lumbar s Pine function and syndromes.(3)Comparison between groups: VAS score and ODI score were lower in 2 weeks after the combined treatment group than the treatment group and the oral treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the JOA score in the combined group was higher than that of the drug and oral group(P <0.05).And the long-term curative effect is better.The total clinical res Ponse rate in the combined group was 90.00%,76.67% in the oral group and 73.33% in the permeable group.The total response rate in the combination group was higher than that in the oral group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of TCM quantitative score: The three groups of patients were lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The three groups were better with lumbar and knee acid,thirst,fatigue,fatigue,pale complexion,red tongue,and thin pulse,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);in the treatment of self-sweating,depression,and flushing(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The oral combination of oral treatment of patients with LDH liver and kidney deficiency can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,quality of life,reduce the pain and relieve the symptoms of LDH activity limitation.
