Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Qingfei Sanjie Prescription In Treating Pulmonary Nodule

Objective: To explore the understanding of pulmonary nodules in traditional Chinese medicine,and form Qingfei-Sanjie recipe based on the experience of the tutor in treating pulmonary nodules.Qingfei-sanjie recipe was used to treat patients with phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome of pulmonary nodules.The Lung-RADS grade,maximum diameter,density,malignant risk score of Mayo model and TCM syndrome score of pulmonary nodules were observed.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingfei-Sanjie decoction in the treatment of pulmonary nodules,and to provide theoretical basis and treatment plan for the treatment of pulmonary nodules with traditional Chinese medicine,and to enrich the treatment of pulmonary nodules with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Based on the principle of cohort study,80 patients with nodules of phlegm-heat stagnation in the lung were divided into two groups.The treatment group(n = 40)was treated with Qingfei-Sanjie Decoction for 3 months.Forty patients in the control group were not treated with drugs,and only underwent chest high-resolution CT follow-up according to the size of pulmonary nodules in accordance with Fleischner guidelines.The changes of Lung-RADS grade,maximum diameter,density,malignant risk score of Mayo model and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the data were statistically analyzed to explore the clinical efficacy and related mechanism of Qingfei-Sanjie prescription in the treatment of pulmonary nodules with phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome.Results: After removing the dropped cases in this study,76 patients with pulmonary nodules were finally included,38 in the control group and 38 in the treatment group.(1)In terms of Lung-RADS grade of pulmonary nodules,the total effective rate of the control group was10.50%,and that of the treatment group was 84.21%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)In terms of the size of pulmonary nodules,the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules in the treatment group after treatment was significantly smaller than that before treatment,and the clinical effect of reducing pulmonary nodules in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(3)The clinical efficacy of the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules: the total effective rate of the control group was10.52%,and that of the treatment group was 78.95%.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)The clinical efficacy of pulmonary nodule density: the total effective rate of the control group was 15.79%,and the treatment group was 65.79%;The treatment group was better than the control group.(5)The malignant risk score of Mayo model:the malignant score of Mayo model in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the malignant risk score of Mayo model.(6)TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(7)Clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 18.42%.94.74% in the treatment group.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Qingfei-sanjie decoction has a good effect in the treatment of pulmonary nodules,which can effectively reduce the Lung-RADS grade of pulmonary nodules,reduce its maximum diameter,reduce the density of pulmonary nodules,reduce the risk of malignant transformation of nodules and alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of further discussion and study.
