| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and immune function of Qingfei Peiyuan combined with the basic treatment of western medicine on senile immune deficiency pulmonary infection with pulmonary syndrome,and to explore the applicational value of the method of Qingfei Peiyuan on the treatment of senile pulmonary infection with syndrome of phlegm-heat congesting lung obstruction and provide a certain clinical basis for the promotion of the method.Methods:72 patients with senile pulmonary infection and syndrome of phlegm-heat congesting lung were randomly allocated to two groups,36 cases in treatment group given Qing-Fei-Pei-Yuan granules and western medicine,the control group given the simulation agent Qing-Fei-Pei-Yuan granules and western medicine.14 days treatment,observation of two groups of patients after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs,routine blood,serum counting CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,IFN-?,IL-4,the change of IFN-?/IL-4.By comparing two groups of curative effect,evaluation of the method of Qingfei Peiyuan treatment of senile pulmonary infection syndrome of phlegm-heat congesting lung indicates the validity and security of the lung syndrome.Results:(1)The comparison of the disease curative effect:the total effective rate in treatment group compared with control group differences has no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)Syndrome:treatment group total effective rate was 74.9%,control group total effective rate was 52.7%,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The comparison of the total integral of symptoms:the treatment group symptoms before treatment to the total score of 61.36±26.08,12.83±20.1 after treatment,the control group before treatment symptom total score of 58.81±27.86,23.92±18.96 after treatment,two groups of symptoms,reducing total integral comparison have significant difference(P<0.05),treatment group was superior to control group;Single symptom integral comparison:treatment group in improving cough,sputum,throat phlegm,asthma and so on curative effect is better than with the control group(P<0.05).(4)The comparison of sputum culture:two groups of sputum culture results was no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05),the two groups after treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05).(5)The count of CD4~+:There was no significant difference in CD4~+count between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The count of CD8~+:There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05);(6)The content of IFN-?:the content of IFN-?before treatment was 506.71±168.94 pg/m L,after treatment was 410.47±154.88 pg/mL in treatment group.The levels of IFN-?in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of IFN-?in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the control group was treated with 452.24±194.90 pg/m L and 493.71±156.35 pg/mL(P>0.05).The difference of IFN-?content between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)The content of IL-4:it was 2.42±1.01 pg/mL before treatment,1.46±0.90 pg/m L after treatment in the treatment group,and it was 2.58±1.17 pg/m L before treatment,2.00±0.84 pg/mL after treatment in the control group.The level of IL-4 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(8)The ratio of IFN-?/IL-4:the ratio was 226.45±60.47 before treatment and354.36±180.88 after treatment in the treatment group;the ratio was196.07±75.42 before treatment and277.30±123.45 after treatment in the control group.The difference of IFN-?/IL-4 ratio between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The degree of treatment in the treatment group compared with the more obvious.Conclusion:1.The method of Qingfei Peiyuan can significantly improve the elderly lung infection phlegm obstruction patients with cough,sputum,asthma and other symptoms and signs,the effect is better than the basic treatment of western medicine.2.The method of Qingfei Peiyuan can regulate the immune function of patients with pulmonary infection by adjusting the content of IFN-?and IL-4.3.Qing-Fei-Pei-Yuan granules were safe and reliable without significant adverse reactions and side effects during clinical trials. |
