Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of analgesic drug dezocine combined with Tongqiao activating blood decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis headache after intracranial aneurysm surgery, and compare it to the group of using dezocine only in the degree of headache relief, duration of action, adverse reactions and other aspects,so as to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of headache after intracranial aneurysm surgery. Methods: Sixty patients with blood stasis headache after intracranial aneurysm surgery who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups on the basis of routine treatment,30 cases in the observation group(dezocine and Tongqiao activating blood decoction combined with acupuncture treatment)and30 cases in the control group(dezocine treatment). After two weeks of continuous treatment, the number of red blood cells in cerebrospinal fluid,VAS score, total headache symptom score,TCM clinical symptom score of headache and whether there were adverse reactions during treatment were recorded respectively on day 1,day 7 and day 14 of treatment in the two groups, and the data were compared.Results:(1)Comparison of general data:There were no significant differences in gender, age, aneurysm site and Hunt-Hess grade, way of surgery between the two groups after statistical treatment(p>0.05),is comparable.(2)Comparison between the clinical observation and reference groups:there were statistically significant improvements in the number of red blood cells in cerebrospinal fluid,VAS score, total headache symptom score and TCM clinical symptom score between the two groups(p<0.05).(3)Comparison between the two groups after treatment: the observation group was better than the control group in improving the number of red blood cells in cerebrospinal fluid,VAS score, total headache symptom score and TCM clinical symptom score,etc.(p<0.05).(4)No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion:The observation group treated with dezocine and Tongqiao activating blood decoction combined with acupuncture and the control group only using dezocine can better improve the headche symptoms after intracranial aneurysm and reduce the number of red blood cells in cerebrospinal fluid. The observation group was superior to the control group in reducing the number of red blood cells in cerebrospinal fluid, reducing the headache VAS score after intracranial aneurysm surgery, and improving the headache symptoms of patients, which has certain application value in clinical practice. |
