| Objective:To observe the clinical study of the powder preparation for infusion tongqiao activating blood treat the qi-stagnancy and blood stasis of chronic rhinitis of Chinese medical science, to provide objective evidence for the traditional Chinese medicine treat sudden deafness, to provide effective treat method for clinic.Methods:The80patients (the male43patients and the female37patients) were all came from the first hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (from the December of2010to the December of2011). All patients for the chronic and hypertrophic rhinitis conform to selected condition. All cases were divided into two blocks at random:the patients in every block were divided into observation group and control group randomly according to the visit time. To take unblind, random, matched and parallel trial, clinical comprehensive assessement will be compared between the two groups. The observation group contains40patients (the male22patients and the female18patients). The control group contains40patients (the male21patients and the female19patients).The study group adopt powder preparation for infusion tongqiao activating blood for treatment, the control group only adopt the nasal spray for QIANBAIBIYANPIAN for treatment. After two weeks, observed the curative effect, record the result and conduct analysis of statisticsResults:The total efficient rates respectively reach to90.00%and70.00%in treatment group and control group. According to the Ridit test, P<0.05.there are significant differences on the observation group in the efficacy of a treatment better than the control group.Conclusion:The research of topic proves that. first, the traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation for infusion tongqiao activating blood have perfect curative effect in the qi-stagnancy and blood stasis of chronic rhinitis of Chinese medical science treatment:Second, in the area to the clinical study, the traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation for infusion tongqiao activating blood treat the qi-stagnancy and blood stasis of CR of Chinese medical science patients is better than QIANBAIBIYANPIAN. |
