Objective: In this project,Nazi method combined with head acupuncture was used to treat consciousness disorders patients with mild to moderate craniocerebral injury(blood stasis and clear orifice syndrome),The conventional treatment of Western medicine was used as a control to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment, and to preliminarily explore the treatment by nazi method combined with head acupuncture. The effectiveness and safety of the disease factors. Methods: A total of 60 patients with mild and medium-sized head injury who under non-surgical treatment were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery and the Neurological Intensive Care Unit of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected. All patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group received early treatment by nazi method combined with head acupuncture and conventional treatment of Western medicine, and the control group only received conventional treatment of Western medicine. Both groups were treated for 14 days.Record the patient’s gender, age, cause of injury, injury site, whether there is cerebral herniation before admission, etc.,and record the patient’s Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and TCM syndrome score before treatment and on the 1st,14 th,days of treatment.SPSS26.0 is used for data integration and statistical processing, and the statistical work of various index data is completed.Results:1.General data:There were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, cause of injury, site of injury and preoperative cerebral hernia between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.GCS score:The comparison of GCS score between the two groups before treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating comparability; The GCS score of 2 groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the score of treatment group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome score:the TCM syndrome score of both groups after treatment was lower than before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);and the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was100.00 %,better than that of the control group 90.00%(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00 %,which was better than 90.00 % of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was more conducive to the improvement of symptoms.Conclusion:1.Treatment by Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Zi method combined with head acupuncture can promote the consciousness recovery of patients with mild and medium-sized head injury, improve their prognosis,TCM syndromes and signs, and improve the total clinical efficacy;2.The combination of Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Zi method and head acupuncture in the treatment of traumatic brain injury is safe and reliable, and has certain clinical value. |
