Based On The Principle Of "treating Different Diseases With The Same Method", Professor Lv Xiaodong's Experience In Treating Lung Nodules And Thyroid Nodule

Objective:This study uses the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System V3.0 to analyze the data of Professor Lv Xiaodong’s treatment of pulmonary nodules and thyroid nodules,and explore the clinical experience and medication rules of Professor Lv Xiaodong’s treatment of the above two types of nodules by combining the theory of the same treatment of different diseases,so as to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of pulmonary nodules and thyroid nodules with traditional Chinese medicine.Method: Collect the medical records of patients with pulmonary nodules and thyroid nodules who were treated by Professor Lv Xiaodong in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2021 to February 2023.With the help of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System V3.0,carry out statistics and mining analysis on the medical record data,and carry out statistical analysis on the age,sex,symptoms,syndromes,treatment,prescription,and prescription rules of patients in the medical record.Result:1.Through the screening of case inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,61 cases of pulmonary nodules and 38 cases of thyroid were included in this study.2.According to the analysis data of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System V3.0,the patients with pulmonary nodules and thyroid nodules are mostly elderly.The common symptoms are chest tightness and upset.The common tongue and pulse images are lingual purple,thin yellow fur,and deep stringed pulse.The common symptoms are stagnation of liver qi,phlegm and blood stasis.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicine are radix bupleuri,oyster,pistil stone,hairyvein agrimony,Osmanthus fragrans,keel,and radix curcumae.The commonly used medicine pairs are pistil stone-hairyvein agrimony,radix bupleuri-keel-oyster,Osmanthus fragrans-radix curcumae,commonly used prescriptions are self created stasis resolving and stasis dispersing decoction,radix bupleuri plus keel Oyster soup,inverted Mujin powder,Ephedra monkshood asarum soup.Conclusion:1.Professor Lv Xiaodong believes that the basic pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules and thyroid nodules is "liver depression and qi stagnation are the first,phlegm and blood stasis are generated over time",and "the nodules can not be coagulated with yin over time,and the yang deficiency and fire decay are unable to disperse" based on homotherapy for heteropathy.2.Professor Lv Xiaodong believes that the location of pulmonary nodules and thyroid nodules is in the liver,lung and kidney,and the disease nature is based on deficiency and substantiation based on homotherapy for heteropathy.The main treatment methods are to disperse the liver,dissipate phlegm and remove blood stasis,and replenish yang and dissipate yin based on homotherapy for heteropathy.
