| Objective: To investigate the effect of a new type of pulmonary nodules positioning needle(Small pulmonary nodules,SPN)under the guidance of CT before thoracoscopy. Methods: A total of 104 lung nodules with a diameter of 2.90-15.0 mm were retrospectively analyzed in 104 patients with pulmonary nodules, all of which were guided by CT using a new pulmonary nodule locating needle to locate the lesion and then underwent(Video-assisted thoracoscopic resection,VATS),observe the positioning effect and complications. Results: 104 lesions were successfully implanted with anchor positioning needles, and the positioning success rate was 99.04%(103/104).During the puncture process,14cases(14/104,13.46%)had slight bleeding near the needle path;20 cases(20/104,19.23%)developed pneumothorax during the localization operation, and 3 cases(3/104,2.88%)developed pleural reactions.Shedding occurred in 1 case(1/104,0.96%).10 cases received VATS on the day of localization, and 94 cases received VATS surgery on the next day;during the operation, the lesions were successfully found and removed according to the guidance of the localization needle. Conclusion: CT-guided new pulmonary nodule locating needle is effective and safe to locate small pulmonary nodules before VATS. |
