| Objective: By observing the clinical effect of acupuncture at the Lower he-sea point in the treatment of early postoperative intestinal obstruction and qi obstruction syndrome,it provides a certain basis for clinical application. Methods: From January 2021 to December 2022,patients with early postoperative intestinal obstruction who underwent intestinal obstruction catheter implantation in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were collected as the observation objects.According to strict screening,a total of 60 patients were finally included.Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(28 cases). All cases received anti-infection,fluid rehydration, nutritional support and other conventional treatment. The control group underwent gastrointestinal decompression with intestinal obstruction catheter on the basis of conventional treatment; In the experimental group,on the basis of the control group, acupuncture was added to the Lower he-sea point. After 1 week of treatment in both groups, abdominal pain score, recovery time of exhaust and defecation, disappearance time of gas-liquid level, removal of intestinal obstruction tube, length of hospital stay and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Changes in white blood cell count(WBC),interleukin-6 and other inflammatory indicators,CT and other imaging results were compared between the two groups after 1 week of treatment, and the total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results: 1.Acupuncture combined with intestinal obstruction catheter was more effective in the two groups in terms of defecation recovery time, disappearance time of gas-liquid level, hospital stay and extubation time(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the symptoms of abdominal pain in both groups were relieved compared with those before surgery, and the improvement of symptoms of abdominal pain in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group on 3 and 7 days after treatment(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the leukocyte count and interleukin-6 of both groups were decreased, and the experimental group was significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.The curative effect of TCM syndromes and symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of early postoperative intestinal obstruction by acupuncture at the Lower he-sea point has significant effects on improving symptoms, shortening hospital stay and reducing inflammation, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, and optimizing the treatment plan of integrated Chinese and Western medicine for early postoperative intestinal obstruction. |
