Exploring The Syndrome And Treatment Rules Of Knee Osteoarthritis Based On Data Minin

Objective: Based on data mining technology,data analysis software such as Excel,SPSS Statist ics 26 and SPSS Molder 18.0 were used to analyze the literature on Chinese medicine for knee os teoarthritis from the 2011 to 2021,aiming to inherit and summarize the clinical experience and ru les of Chinese medicine for osteoarthritis of the knee and provide theoretical basis for clinical tre atment and The aim is to inherit and summarize the clinical experience and rules of TCM in treat ing knee osteoarthritis,and to provide theoretical basis and literature for clinical treatment.Method: We collected the published literature on Chinese medicine for osteoarthritis of the kne e from the last ten years from the three major databases of CNKI,WANFANG DATA and CQVI P.COM,screened the qualified literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the s tudy,extracted and standardized the data in the literature,entered them into the relevant software,conducted frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and factor analysis on t he screened literature,and systematically summarized and concluded the clinical evidence analys is and formula pattern of Chinese medicine for osteoarthritis of the knee according to the relevan t results and combined with the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine.Results: The Finally,332 documents were included,involving 267 Chinese medicines,of which the ratio of male to female incidence was 1:1.55.38 drugs were used ≥30 times,and the top 11 drugs are Gan Cao,Dang Gui,Niu Xi,Bai Shao,Shu Di Huang,Du Zhong,Chuan Xiong,Du H uo,Fu Ling,Qin Jiao,and Sang Ji Sheng;the four gases of the drugs were distributed as warm,fl at,cold,hot,and cool;the five tastes of the drugs were The distribution of the five tastes of drugs is sweet,bitter,sour,pungent,salty,light and astringent;the distribution of the drug channels are liver,kidney,spleen,heart,lung,stomach,bladder,gall bladder,large intestine,pericardium,sm all intestine and three jiao;the drug efficacy is led by the category of deficiency tonic,the first fi ve categories of stomach tonic,blood circulation and blood stasis,dispelling wind and dampness,relieving surface and clearing heat;the drug association analysis can get 7 groups of core drug c ombinations,drug cluster analysis can get 3 prescriptions,factor analysis 12 factor combinations were obtained,and a total of 24 TCM syndrome types were collected.Conclusion: 1.Women are the population with high prevalence of osteoarthritis of the knee joi nt.2.There are 38 flavors of drugs used ≥ 30 times for the treatment of KOA,and the top 11 core drugs include licorice,angelica,cow’s knee,white peony,rehmannia,eucommia,chuanxiong,d oklam,poria,gentiana,and sangzhi.3.Drug use characteristics: the four gases of drugs commonl y used in clinical treatment of KOA are mostly warm,flat and cold;the five tastes are mostly sw eet,bitter and pungent;the drug meridians are liver meridians,kidney meridians and spleen meri dians;the drug effects are mostly tonic for deficiency,activating blood circulation and eliminatin g blood stasis,dispelling wind and dampness,relieving symptoms and clearing heat.4.The princi ples of modern medicine: the treatment is based on warming and tonifying,and the combination of tonifying and removing evil is used;the balance between yin and yang is emphasized;the role of wind,cold and dampness,blood stasis,phlegm and dampness in the course of knee paralysis i s paid attention to;the drugs for relieving symptoms are often combined with drugs for warming yang and invigorating blood;the drugs for tonifying liver and kidney and strengthening tendons and bones are often combined with drugs for invigorating blood and removing blood stasis and m oving qi,and both tonics and diarrhea are emphasized.
