| Objective: Observe the intervention of Shenyu lotion in the case of patients after hemorrhoid s operation,the effect of Shenyu lotion and Jinxuan Zhike fumigating and washing powder on Substance P and Neuropeptide Y in the serum of patients,to made a preliminary study of the analgesic mechanism of Shenyu lotion by comparing.Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group-Shenyu lotion group(30 cases),control group-Jin xuan Zhike fumigati ng and washing powder group(30 cases).All the patients had received external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids and ruiyun procedure for hemorrhiods in The First Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hunan University.Blood was extracted before operation and on the 1st,4th and 7th day after operation to detect the concentration of substance P and neuropeptide Y in the serum,pain score after defecation,daily sleep interference scale,body activity score,pain relief time,continuous pain relief time were observed on the 1st,4th and 7th day after operation,and the data were sorted out for statistical analysis by SPSS25.0.Results: 1.There were no significant differences in substance P and neuropeptide Y in the serum between the two groups on day 1 after operation(P>0.05),but they were higher than the preoperative levels,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Neuropeptide Y in the serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 4th and substance P in the serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th day after operation,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.From the 4th day after operation,the pain score after defecation,daily sleep interference scale,body activity score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.From the 4th day after operation,the pain relief time in the treatment group was shorter and the continuous pain relief time was longer than that in the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By comparing the data of two groups before and after operation and between the two groups,Shenyu lotion can relieve the postoperative pain of hemorrhoids by reducing the serum content of substance P and neuropeptide Y,improve the postoperative sleep quality and body activity,and prolong the interval of pain.Compared with Jin xuan Zhike fumigati ng and washing powder,Shenyu lotion has better effect. |
