Clinical Observation On Qixiaxiangdan Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease (stable Angina Pectoris) With Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Syndrom

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of qixia xiangdan decoction in treating coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris)of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome,and to provide new ideas and directions for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris)Methods:Sixty patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease in Yueyang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The general data of age,sex and course of disease were compared between the two groups.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Qixia xiangdan decoction on the basis of the control group.After treatment for four weeks,the TCM symptom score,TCM therapeutic effect,angina pectoris score,Therapeutic effect of angina pectoris and ECG therapeutic effect were observed and analyzed.Results:(1)TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were decreased and there was a significant difference between before and after treatment in the same group(p < 0.05)and the decrease of the scores in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(p < 0.05)the difference was statistically significant.(2)Curative effect of TCM symptoms:After treatment,the TCM symptoms of both groups decreased.The curative effect of TCM symptoms of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 86.67% and73.33%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).(3)Angina pectoris integral:After treatment,the integral of angina pectoris was decreased in both groups,and there was a significant difference between before and after treatment in the same group(p < 0.05)and the decrease of integral was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group(p < 0.05)the difference was statistically significant.(4)ECG curative effect:The curative effect of ECG in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The total effective rate was 70.00% and 46.67%respectively,The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Qixia xiangdan decoction combined with Western medicine can improve the integral effect of TCM syndrome,the integral effect of angina pectoris and the ST segment of ECG better than Western medicine alone in treating the syndrome of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis of coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris),improve the quality of life of patients with good safety.
