with the highest incidence and mortality rate of malignant tumors in the world today.Its incidence and mortality rate are increasing year by year.The main difficulty in diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer is that it is difficult to detect early and miss After the best treatment period,for most advanced patients,the clinical effect is not good,more than death within 1 year of onset.Chinese medicine believes that its onset is related to six evil toxins,seven emotions and depression,eating disorders,old and chronic illnesses,old age and infirmity,but the exact etiology and pathogenesis are not yet clear.Current clinical studies have found that there is a certain correlation between the incidence of lung cancer and the characteristics of luck at birth.Research purpose:to propose a new classification method of luck endowment;to explore the correlation between luck endowment and the incidence of lung cancer.Research content:1.Theoretical research:the classification method and theoretical basis of luck endowment.Based on the basic contents such as the wood,fire,earth,gold,water,five elements of luck,and the six elements of wind,fire,heat,dampness,dryness and cold,a detailed analysis of the governing time of Si Tian and Zaiquan in the theory of luck,it is believed that Si Tian and Zaiquan's Qi dominates is not half a year,But the atmosphere of the year,but one is the weather and the other is the atmosphere of the earth,and the two communicate with each other;a new understanding of the year of the Suihui is proposed,and the year of the Suihui does not refer to the Qi of the Suizhi and the Qi of luck.Same,but refers to the position of Tai Sui and the position of the master of Zhongyun,so there is no such thing as "like Suihui"and "sub-average";and it is proposed outpatient lung cancer patients in Dongzhimen Hospital from 2012.1.1 to 2019.12.31,and a total of 9667 cases were included;the data of non-tumor patients hospitalized in Dongzhimen Hospital during the same period was used as the control group.Included 13,075 cases.All data used anaconda3 and Python 3.8 for preliminary data processing and transformation,and constructed an Excel luck database,and then used SPSS 26.0 software for chi-square test and binary logistic regression analysis.The second part of the clinical study used the hospitalized medical records of lung cancer patients from
