| Purpose:Tonifying kidney and cycle therapy in treating renal deficiency syndrome with reduced ovarian reserve function was investigated by using the data of TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormone level and anti-mullerian hormone before and after treatment in patients with renal deficiency syndrome with reduced ovarian reserve function.METHODS: Sixty patients diagnosed with renal deficiency syndrome and decreased ovarian reserve function in the department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2021 were collected.According to random number table method,30 patients in the control group were treated with DHEA,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Tonifying kidney and cycle therapy on the basis of the control group,for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The total clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormone level,anti-mullerian hormone and the number of sinus follicles were observed and compared between the two groups.The observation results of the two groups were statistically analyzed to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results: 1.Total clinical efficacy: the total clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 93.33% and 83.33% respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the total score and TCM syndrome of the observation group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).3.AMH: AMH in both groups increased compared with before treatment,and the level of AMH in observation group was slightly higher than that in control group.4.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels: FSH,FSH/LH in the two groups were improved after treatment(P< 0.05),and the curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05).5.AFC: The number of AFC in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group(P > 0.05),and the difference was not statistically significantConclusion: 1.Tonifying kidney and cycle therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Tonifying kidney and cycle therapy can improve serum hormone level and increase serum AMH level.3.Tonifying kidney and cycle therapy tend to increase the number of sinus follicles. |
