| Purpose:Based on the meta-analysis method,the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and depression was discussed,and the combined prescriptions were summarized and analyzed.Establish an effective prevention and treatment system for diabetes combined with depression to provide theoretical support for clinical treatment.Materials and Methods:Design a reasonable search formula according to the research purpose,use the computer to search the Chinese Academic Journals Full-text Database(CNKI),Wan fang Database,VIP Database(VIP),Pub med and other major Chinese and foreign databases.The retrieval time is from October 2011 to October 2021.moon.The clinical RCT studies on Chinese medicine treatment of patients with diabetes and depression were retrieved,the relevant information of the included literature was extracted,and the Rev Man5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration was used for literature quality evaluation and data statistical analysis.The included literature prescriptions and drugs were entered into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform for analysis,and the frequency,correlation analysis,meridian return,four qi and five flavors of the drugs for the treatment of this disease were explored.Results:1.Meta-analysis results (1)After the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 45 RCT literature that met the criteria were screened,including a total of 3326 patients.(2)The HAMD score was analyzed in 31 literature [SMD=-1.31,95%CI(-1.56,-1.06),Z=10.23(P<0.00001)],the results showed that traditional Chinese medicine can improve HAMD in patients with diabetes and depression.The improvement of scores was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)The SDS scores were analyzed in 14 literature [SMD=-1.92,95%CI(-2.65,-1.19),Z=5.17(P<0.00001)],the results showed that: Traditional Chinese medicine has a positive effect on SDS in patients with diabetes and depression.The improvement of scores was significantly better than that of the control group.(4)37 articles analyzed the results of FPG[MD=-0.83,95%CI(-1.09,-0.57),Z=6.27(P<0.00001)];34 articles analyzed the results of2 h PG [MD =-1.24,95%CI(-1.53,-0.96),Z=8.50(P<0.00001)];38 literature analyzed the results of Hb AIc [MD=-0.47,95%CI(-0.63,-0.31),Z=5.80(P<0.00001)].The results showed that the improvement of blood sugar in patients with diabetes and depression by traditional Chinese medicine was significantly better than that in the control group.(5)The results of TCM syndrome scores were analyzed in 17 literature [MD=-6.42,95%CI(-7.83,-5.00),Z=8.89(P<0.00001)].The results show that: TCM has a positive effect on diabetes complicated with depression.The improvement of TCM syndrome scores of the patients was significantly better than that of the control group(6)The total effective rate was analyzed in30 literature [OR=5.22,95%CI(4.14,6.59),Z=13.94(P<0.00001)],the results The results showed that the total clinical effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetes and depression was significantly better than that of the control group.2.Analysis results of drug use rules:A total of 45 literature were entered in the TCM inheritance assistance platform.Frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicines: 16 traditional Chinese medicines were used more than 10 times,and the top five were Baishao,Bupleurum,Poria,Turmeric,and Atractylodes.Analysis of four qi and five flavors: Among the four qi,the frequency of use of cold drugs is the highest,and the frequency of use of hot drugs is the lowest;among the five flavors,the top three are sweet,bitter,and pungent.Analysis of drug meridian return: The frequency of drug return to meridian from high to low is liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,lung meridian and stomach meridian.Analysis of association rules of traditional Chinese medicines: The top three drug pairs with higher frequency are "Bai Shao-Chai Hu","Bai Shao-Poria" and "Bai Hu-Poria".Conclusion1.Comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the Hamilton(HAMD)score and(SDS)score of diabetic patients with depression,and improve the patient’s depressive emotional state.2.The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the blood sugar of patients with diabetes and depression,reduce the level of FPG,2h PG blood sugar and Hb Alc,improve the total effective rate of its treatment,improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,and delay the progression of its disease course and complications.produce.3.Traditional Chinese medicine is relatively safe in the comprehensive treatment of patients with diabetes and depression.4.The core drugs for the treatment of diabetes and depression are: Radix Paeoniae Alba,Bupleurum Radix,Poria,Curcuma Radix,Atractylodes Rhizoma,Rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica sinensis,Cypress,Chuanxiong and Suanzaoren;Among them,the liver meridian belongs to the most,followed by the spleen meridian,the heart meridian and other meridians,which is consistent with the understanding of various generations of doctors on diabetes complicated by depression. |
