Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Types And Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetes With Insomnia

Purpose:Using the relevant Chinese Journal Database as the retrieval method,we searched the literatures about diabetes with insomnia from January 1,2000 to December 31,2020.WPS office was used to process the data of syndrome types and traditional Chinese medicine involved in the collected literatures,and IBM SPSS 20.0 was selected The statistical software systematically analyzes the data obtained,and summarizes the syndrome types,syndrome elements and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes with insomnia,so as to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Material and method : Using CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP Chinese Journal Database as the search tools,we searched the literatures related to the treatment of diabetes with insomnia by traditional Chinese medicine in 21 years,and screened the literatures that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The syndrome types,syndrome elements and traditional Chinese medicine involved in the literature were input into WPS office software to create a database.According to the frequency and frequency of its use,we summarized the common syndrome types and syndrome elements of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease,and analyzed the correlation between the nature and taste,meridian tropism,drug classification and the disease.The drugs used more than or equal to 12 times were listed in the IBM SPSS 20.0 statistical software and assigned values.The drugs used in the prescription were assigned values of 1 and 0,respectively.The relationship between the same cluster of drugs and the pathogenesis of the disease was analyzed by the method of cluster analysis.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 92 documents were obtained,including 46 types of syndrome,the most frequent type of syndrome was Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome,the other four most frequent syndromes were heart-kidney failure syndrome,qi-yin Deficiency Syndrome,phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome and liver depression transforming fire syndrome.After sorting 21 types of Syndrome with more than 2 times,10 kinds of syndrome elements can be obtained.The five most frequent types are Yin deficiency syndrome,fire-heat Syndrome,Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Phlegm Syndrome and Qi stagnation syndrome.There were 139 kinds of Chinese Materia Medica in accord with the standard,the total frequency was 1030 times.The Common Drugs(frequency ?12 times),such as semen Ziziphi SPINOSAE and Rhizoma Coptidis,31 flavors,total frequency 683 times,accounting for 66.31% of all drug use frequency,are the core drugs of TCM in treating diabetes with insomnia.From the analysis of drug's character,taste and channel Tropism,it can be seen that cold is the most common drug in drug use,sweet drug is the most frequently used,bitter drug is the second,and according to channel Tropism,drugs used mainly in liver meridian.The frequency of tonifying drugs is263 times,the frequency is 25.53%.According to the further analysis of the efficacy and channel Tropism of drugs,it is found that tonifying spleen-qi drugs are the most commonly used drugs.The core drugs(frequency ?12 times)for treatment of the disease were divided into five groups by systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.The most common syndromes of diabetes with insomnia are Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome,heart and Kidney Failure Syndrome,Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome,phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome and liver depression transforming fire syndrome.Yin Deficiency Syndrome,fire-heat Syndrome,Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Phlegm Syndrome and Qi stagnation syndrome are the most frequent syndrome factors.2.The core drugs for the treatment of diabetes with insomnia are Suanzaoren,Huanglian,Baishao,Danggui,Gancao,Danshen and other 31 drugs.3.Cold,sweet and liver meridian drugs are commonly used in the treatment of diabetes with insomnia.4.Tonic drugs are the main drug category in the treatment of diabetes with insomnia,and mainly tonic drugs.5.Through the systematic cluster analysis of 31 core drugs,we can get five cluster groups,and analyze the principle of its composition,which is in line with the pathogenesis of different stages in the course of diabetes with insomnia.The first classification is in line with the pathogenesis of liver depression and fire;the second classification is in line with the pathogenesis of heart and spleen deficiency;the third classification is in line with the pathogenesis of yin deficiency and fire excess;the fourth classification is in line with the pathogenesis of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness;the fifth classification is in line with the pathogenesis of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness It is consistent with the pathogenesis of heart kidney disharmony.
