| Purpose:Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is an important complication of diabetes,which is easy to develop into intractable and irreversible nerve damage.Therefore,attention must be paid to and active treatment in the early stage of the disease.Various treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and slow down the disease.Professor Li Xiaojuan has been quite effective in the treatment of this disease,so this study mainly collected the cases of endocrine recovery ward in the past two years,and used Microsoft Offic Excel 2007 and SPSS 26.0 software to sort out,and concluded that Professor Li Xiaojuan’s medication in the treatment of this disease The rules and the characteristics of the prescription provide ideas for other doctors to treat this disease.Material and method:First,the cases in the endocrine recovery ward in the past two years were searched in the hospital’s case database to find the cases with a definite diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the patients were treated with decoction orally during hospitalization;secondly,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the collected The obtained drug-related information was entered into Microsoft Offic Excel 2007,and a database was established to summarize the frequency,frequency,nature,flavor,meridian,classification,etc.of the drugs included in the cases,and the commonly used drugs for the treatment of the disease were clustered by SPSS26.0,get the clustering results;finally,analyze the results of all the data,and summarize the experience of Professor Li Xiaojuan in the treatment of this disease.Results:A total of 243 cases were included in this study,186 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained,and the total frequency of drug use was 3427 times.There are 21 commonly used drugs(frequency ≥ 50 times),of which 6 are the core drugs(frequency ≥ 85 times):Astragalus,Achyranthes,Angelica sinensis,Dilong,Coix seed,and Salvia miltiorrhiza.The medicinal properties of medicines are mostly warm medicines,followed by cold medicines.The medicinal tastes of medicines are mostly used by sweet medicines,followed by bitter and pungent flavours.There are the most tonic drugs,mainly qi and blood drugs,followed by blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,and liver-relieving wind drugs.Drugs with a frequency of ≥ 40 times will be clustered.A total of 5 clustering results were obtained.Conclusion:1.There are 21 commonly used drugs for the treatment of DPN,especially 6 drugs such as Astragalus,Achyranthes,Angelica,Dilong,Coix Seed,and Salvia as the core drugs.2.The medicinal properties of treating DPN are mainly warm medicinals,followed by cold medicinals,and the medicinal tastes are mainly sweet medicinals,followed by bitter medicinals and pungent medicinals.have also been involved.3.The main drugs for DPN treatment are tonic drugs,followed by blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs,and liver-relieving wind drugs.Among them,deficiency-tonifying drugs are mainly qi-invigorating drugs and blood-invigorating drugs.4.After cluster analysis,a total of 5 results were obtained,among which Huangqi Tengchongyin was the main prescription for the treatment of DPN,and Simiaosan and Taohongsiwutang played an important role. |
