Grid Governance is an innovative practice form of grass-roots social management in China in the new era.As an innovative way of Social Governance,Grid Management has certain institutional potential in social control and public service,and has been developing continuously in practice for many years,in this new crown disease caused by a sudden public health event was entrusted with a heavy responsibility,has become a community epidemic prevention and control of the main carrier.Faced with the unprecedented challenges brought about by the epidemic prevention and control work of new crown pneumonia,the grass-roots communities in our country responded positively to the call of the Party Central Committee and the government,and fought on the front line of the epidemic prevention and control work by means of grid management,play to safeguard the safety of people’s lives and physical health of the anti-epidemic fortress.As an innovative means of grass-roots Social Governance,grid management still needs to be improved.In the epidemic prevention and control work of the actual test,is the opportunity for the further development of grid management.Based on the research on the origin meaning,characteristics and application of grid and grid management,this paper summarizes and combs the development,basic framework and innovation of the grid model of community management,it also investigates and studies the grid governance of specific communities in the streets of Izumiyama,Zhaoyuan,Shandong,and finds out the actual problems in the grid governance of communities,studies the reasons,and then puts forward the optimization path with Operability,aiming at promoting the transformation and optimization of community management service concept,deepening the reform of grid management system,carrying out deep integration and promoting the continuous improvement of community grid management system,relevant optimization measures are put forward from various angles,strive to achieve government public services,social management mechanism innovation,so that the management of social services resources to achieve a sinking,more clearly defined responsibilities,to achieve “Zero service distance,full management coverage and social participation,”the state of community management services.
