An Empirical Study Of The Impact Of Governance Systems On Community Outbreak Prevention And Control

The role of community in epidemic prevention and control should not be underestimated,in response to the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic,community is the first line of prevention and control and has a fundamental position,community has a fundamental position in the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control,community governance system in turn plays an important role in community epidemic prevention and control,but different communities play different roles,we believe that the governance system is the key reason,the governance system consists of neighborhood committee,property committee,In this paper,the community governance system is divided into three models,and the degree of perfection of these models are full-factor model,sub-factor model and half-factor model.The full-factor model has the highest degree of perfection of governance system,including neighborhood committee,property committee,property company and anti-epidemic volunteer service team,the sub-factor model contains three elements,and the half-factor model contains two elements.To study the influence of different governance systems on community epidemic prevention,this paper asks thr-ee questions,first,what are the epidemic prevention measures and effects in different communities?Second,what are the governance models of different communities?What are the differences between them?Third,what is the relationship between the governance systems of different models and the epidemic prevention measures and effectiveness of epidemic prevention?To answer the above questions,this paper constructs a logical framework of community governance system influencing community epidemic prevention from governance theory and structural-functional theory,quantifies the governance system and epidemic prevention measures through data analysis by SPSS,describes the specific three models of governance system,classifies and describes various epidemic prevention measures taken by communities,and then analyzes the correlation between the community governance system and the implementation of epidemic prevention measures.The correlation between the community governance system and the implementation of epidemic prevention measures was found to be weak due to the influence of other factors.Also,the analysis concluded that the effectiveness of epidemic prevention measures and the strictness of implementing epidemic prevention measures had a significant positive and linear correlation with the epidemic prevention results,which affected the epidemic prevention effectiveness of the community.The degree of perfection of the governance system affects the residents’ satisfaction with the work of each subject,and the analysis concluded that there is a positive correlation between the governance system and the epidemic prevention results.Three conclusions were drawn based on the analysis:first,there is a positive correlation between the governance system and the epidemic prevention outcome;second,under the governance system of the full-factor model,residents are more satisfied with the epidemic prevention work carried out by the community than the sub-factor and half-factor models;third,all communities are stricter in adopting epidemic prevention and control measures,and there are more types of measures.First,avoid "one size fits all" when formulating policies and improve the science of decision making;second,improve community resilience and improve the community governance system;third,take different measures during the epidemic and during the normalization period;and strengthen science education and publicity to enhance personal protection awareness.With the normalization of the epidemic,the continuous improvement of the community governance system is an important test of epidemic prevention and control.Only by continuously optimizing and improving the governance system and establishing an efficient synergistic mechanism will the effectiveness of community epidemic prevention be improved,thus reducing the spread of the epidemic and doing a good job of grassroots epidemic prevention.
