| Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction in patients with sepsis-induced coagulation with blood excess heat syndrome.Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022,sixty patients in the ICU of Hunan hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria at the same time were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given routine intervention measures according to international guidelines.The treatment group used Xijiao Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the trial of treatment was 3 days,The changes of platelet level,coagulation index,antithrombin activity,hemorheological index,SOFA,APACHEⅡand TCM syndrome score were detected before and after intervention.Results: After the intervention,the indexes of coagulation function and hemorheology in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05),while the platelet level(147.11 vs.124.27,P < 0.01)and antithrombin activity(75.98% vs.69.45%,P < 0.01)were significantly higher than those in the control group.The SOFA(4.86 vs.5.88,P < 0.05),APACHE Ⅱ(13.64 vs.15.92,P < 0.05)and TCM syndrome score(4.11 vs.5.35,P < 0.05)decreased in varying degrees compared with the control group.Conclusion:(1)Compared with single routine intervention,Xijiao Dihuang Decoction Combined with routine intervention can shorten Pt and APTT,reduce D-Dimer and increase PLT.It’s speculated that Xijiao Dihuang Decoction can slow down the consumption of coagulation factors and related substances,delay the development of Si C to overt DIC;(2)Combining with Xijiao Dihuang Decoction can improve plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity in patients with SIC,theoretically reduce cardiac preload and afterload,and is conducive to microcirculation perfusion in patients with sepsis-shock;(3)Compared with routine intervention measures,the combined application of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction can significantly improve antithrombin activity and reduce APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA,suggesting that it has a certain value in improving the prognosis of patients;(4)Useing Xijiao Dihuang Decoction can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score,reduce and improve the symptoms and signs of patients such as fever,consciousness,hemorrhage,convulsions,image of tongue,pulse;(5)No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the test,indicating that Xijiao Dihuang Decoction has certain safety. |
