Observation On The Efficacy Of Three-stage Chinese Medicine Combined With Hollow Nail Internal Fixation In The Treatment Of Femoral Neck Fractur

Objective: To analyze the curative effect of three-stage treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hollow nail internal fixation for femoral neck fracture.Methods: From January 2021 to December 2021,60 patients were selected to undergo femoral neck fracture closure reduction hollow nail internal fixation in Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomly divided into two groups,the research group(30cases,closed reduction hollow nail internal fixation combined with Chinese medicine phase III treatment)and control group(30 cases,closed reduction hollow nail internal fixation),postoperative treatment(dressing change,functional exercise,anticoagulation,etc.),the research group began to give Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine according to the principle of Phase III treatment of Chinese medicine 3 days after surgery;both groups of patients reviewed liver and kidney function before and after each period of Chinese medicine treatment.The Lane-Sandhu X-ray score of the degree of femoral neck fracture healing in the two groups of patients in the obser vation study group and the control group was set at 1month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,and the Hip Function Harris score of the two groups was evaluated in June postoperatively,and the collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 28.0statistical software.Results:(1)There were no obvious differences in the age,sex and fracture types of the two groups,and there were no obvious differences in the comparison;(2)1 month after surgery,the study group compared with the control group,and the blue-Sandhu X-ray score of the fracture in the study group was not statistically significant compared with the difference between the control group(P>0.05);(3)3 months and 6 months after the operation,the study group compared with the control group,and the study group fracture degree Lane-Sandhu X-ray score was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group;(4)6 months after surgery,the two groups compared the hip joint Harris scores,the study group was 89.613 ±5.468,and the control group was 86.737 ±5.071,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the postoperative hip joint function of the research group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Three-stage traditional Chinese medicine combined with hollow nail internal fixation is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of femoral neck fracture,is ideal for promoting fracture healing and improving hip joint function,and is worthy of clinical application.
