Therapeutic Effect Of Closed Reduction And Cannulated Internal Fixation Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of closed reduction and hollow compression screws combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of femoral neck fracture of Garden ?,and to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods:80 cases of patients under the age of 65 in Shenyang orthopedic hospital from September 2013 to September 2015,were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the control group.40 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,the use of hollow compression screws with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group of 40 cases,the use of the simple hollow compression screws.Through the clinical observation,analysis of fracture healing rate,femoral head necrosis,hip function,etc,to evaluate the fixation of hollow compression screws combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Garden ? type femoral neck fracture effect. Results:The fixation of nonunion and femoral head necrosis of Garden ? type femoral neck fracture with the fixation of hollow compression screws combined with the traditional Chinese medicine is lower than that of simple hollow compression screws.The postoperative hip function is better than that of simple hollow compression screws.Conclusion:Hollow compression screws combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Garden ? type femoral neck fracture,is conducive to promoting fracture healing,reduce the necrosis of the femoral head,improve postoperative hip function,compared with simple fixation of clinical fixation.
