Objective: To observe the curative effect of Qijin Mixture in the treatment of renal calculi after percutaneous nephrolithotomyMethods: A total of 60 patients with renal calculi planned to undergo percutaneous nephrolithotomy were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and a treatment group(30 cases).The control group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy,while the treatment group received Qijin mixture combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The postoperative complications score,TCM syndrome score,creatinine,inflammatory indexes,postoperative residual stone rate and stone recurrence rate were observed in each group before and after treatment.Results:(1)The postoperative complication score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).(2)The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group at 1 week and 1 month after operation were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).(3)The creatinine value of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at 1 week and 1 month after operation(p<0.05).(4)Inflammatory indexes PCT and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week after operation(p<0.05).(5)The postoperative residual stone rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(p<0.05).(6)The total effective rate(100%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(83.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The application of Qijin mixture after percutaneous nephrolithotomy can reduce complications such as hematuria,waist and abdominal pain,and fever,and promote postoperative recovery;(2)Qijin mixture can improve postoperative TCM syndrome scores,and to a certain extent relieve the symptoms of hematuria,frequent urination,urgency,pain in urination,abdominal distension and pain caused by postoperative indwelling ureteral stent;(3)Qijin mixture can promote the recovery of postoperative renal function and reduce postoperative inflammatory factors;(4)Qijin mixture combined with PCNL can promote postoperative residual stone discharge,increase the rate of surgical stone removal,and reduce the rate of stone recurrence.
