Objective:The purpose of the study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Gushen Stone-Expelling Decoction in the treatment of the postoperative residual stone after percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Method:The patients are selected from who met the inclusion criteria after the operation of PCNL during May 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital. The subjects Were divided into two groups by using simple random method:the experimental group(the Yiqi Gushen Stone-Expelling Decoction united conventional treatment)and the control group (the Wulin fossil pills united conventional treatment). Finally completed the study with 27 cases of the experimental group, 28 cases of the control group. The experimental group was given the Yiqi Gushen Stone-Expelling Decoction after postoperative review KUB showed the residual stones,1/d,and for 8 weeks;the control group was given the Wulin fossil pills (12.5g potid), for 8 weeks. At the sametime, ask the subjects drinked water more than 2000ml everyday, and in conjunction with jumping movement after removal of double J tube,3 times a day, each time 5 min. Review KUB after treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks, records residual stone size, location, quantity, residual area, and records any time during the study of adverse reactions and size effects. All data using SPSS 19.0 statistical software to analyze data, Chi-square test, t test and other methods to assess the difference between the groups.Results:1. Included 55 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the number of experimental group is 27 cases; the control group include 28 cases. Sex ratio of two subjects, the surgical site by chi-square test showed no clear comparison (P> 0.05); the average age of patients in both groups, postoperative residual stone area by t test showed there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), two groups of patients generally prompt baseline data homogeneity, comparable equilibrium.2. After 4 weeks of treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate of experimental group were 7.41% and 25.93% respectively, the cure rate and total effective rate of control group were 3.57% and 14.29% respectively. No statistically significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate of experimental group were 33.33% and 66.67% respectively, the cure rate and total effective rate of control group were 10.71% and 39.29% respectively. The two groups had significant difference(P<0.05). Comparison of curative effect in experimental group after the treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment of 8 weeks is superior to the treatment of 4 weeks.3. Two subjects in the treatment process had not happened the adverse effect, such as local skin allergies, gastrointestinal reactions, dizziness and so on.Conclusion:Compared to fossil Wulin pills, the effect of Yiqi Gushen Stone-Expelling Decoction has no obvious advantage within 4 weeks after PCNL(indwelling double J tube). However, after eight weeks of treatment (removal of double J tube), the Yiqi Gushen Stone-Expelling Decoction more effectively promote the discharge of residual stone. Overall, the Yiqi Gushen Stone-Expelling Decoction can contribute more effectively to discharge residual stones after PCNL, clinical safety, and worth promoting.
