| With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,the medical model has changed from emphasizing the treatment of diseases to the prevention of diseases,and improving the health level has been a main task in the national development strategy.The concept of health care,"cure without disease" have been accepted by more and more people.Professor Wangqi of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and his research group put forward nine types of TCM constitutions,and they set up a constituion identification tool "TCM Constitution classification criteria".This criteria has turned to a implementary standard by the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine officially issued as.The purpose of this standard is to prevent or treat the TCM Constitution-related diseases through the TCM constitutions identification.At present,the criteria is widely used in the investigation and health management of physique related diseases in clinic.However,in the application of this,it is found that there are many subjective factors in physique identification,which can influence the result of judgment and even the accuracy of the results.Secondly,the test of the subjects for physical identification were mostly different types of physique,which brought difficulties to look after conditioning problems.The intestinal flora and host state are covariation.The study shows that the change of intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of the disease.The intestinal flora of different population is different in species and quantity,so the changes of intestinal flora in different body constitution are different.Therefore,the study of whether any correlation between TCM constitution classification and intestinal microorganism,not only can provide objective basis for TCM constitution classification,but also has important significance for the related research of intestinal microecology.Therefore,the proposed of this study is based on the distribution characteristics of intestinal flora,to provide objective indicators for the TCM Constitution identification,to establish a intestinal flora and the physical model,and to explore the relationship between population classification model and TCM constitution,to provide new ideas for the constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)It’s based on the intestinal flora relative abundance data,through statistical analysis and data mining classification algorithm,to explore the feasibility of established the model of constitution classification.Finally,based on the above methods,the type of intestinal bacteria associated with nine kinds of traditional Chinese medicine constitution were obtained,the distribution characteristics of those intestinal bacteria as the model input,the model of the relationship between intestinal flora and TCM Constitution was successfully established.(2)The clustering analysis algorithm was used to classify the crowd,analyze the difference bacteria among different classifications.Data mining classification algorithm was applied to obtained the distinct bacteria among diffierent classification,and the relative abundance data of these bacteria were transformed into the qualitative data,as an objective index inputed into the model.The relationship between the new classification model and TCM constitution were discussed.Finally,the people classification model based on the difference bacteria of intestinal flora was obtained.The evaluation index of the new model is excellent.Through the analysis of the new model and traditional Chinese medicine constitution types found that the model can basically cover nine types of TCM Constitution,illustrates the distribution characteristics of intestinal flora as an objective index in constituion classification is feasible,and the method is reliable.(3)To explore the published literature of traditional Chinese medicine has effct to intestinal microflora from the CNKI database,to construct database which effect of traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal flora,laying the foundation for the study of regularity and systematic knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine and intestinal flora,and for the future study of drug prevention,treatment of disease with the aim of regulating intestinal flora.This research has find out the relationship between intestinal flora and TCM constitution by using data mining method,provide objective index for constitution classification,to solve the current physical self-testing questionnaire in the use of subjective fuzziness,and the people classification model which is established on the intestinal flora classification,provides a new idea for the constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine.The establishment of database of the action of traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal microflora will provide a basic platform for future exploration of the relationship of between traditional Chinese medicine and intestinal flora,the action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,or the design of new drugs which take intestinal flora as a target for prevention and treatment of diseases. |
