Rice is a basic food crop in China,thus it is especially critical for rice storage.The drying process of rice is one of the important steps in the safe storage of rice.Under the basis of continuous improvement of agricultural intelligent equipment in China,the requirements for rice drying tower temperature monitoring system are also increasing with the development of technology and the increase of farmers’ demands.The traditional wired monitoring system has problems such as complicated wiring,easy loss and is not suitable for long-distance monitoring.Aiming at the problem that the temperature of rice drying tower is difficult to be monitored remotely,this paper completes a Lo Ra technology-based remote monitoring system for the temperature of mixed-flow rice drying tower.The monitoring system completes using the microcontroller as the lower computer,completes measuring the drying tower temperature information through the PT100 temperature sensor,and completes transferring the temperature information to the upper computer interface for real-time display through Lo Ra wireless transmission technology to judge the drying status of the rice drying tower.The research work of this topic has four main aspects:(1)For the overall system design,the system research plan is completed based on the working environment of the rice drying tower site and the research background of the wireless monitoring system.According to the overall system plan,the selection of system hardware and wireless transmission technology is completed,and the overall system structure design is completed.(2)According to the system functional requirements,based on low-power design,Kicad software is applied to complete the formulation of a reasonable hardware circuit,including the hardware circuit design of the temperature monitoring node and the hardware circuit design of the temperature monitoring receiving terminal,and complete the analysis of the anti-interference scheme of the system hardware.(3)Complete the system software for design,including the software design of the system temperature monitoring node and the software design of the system temperature monitoring receiving terminal.Complete the system software to carry out interference analysis and complete the filtering design.Using python language and based on Py Qt5 framework,complete the construction of rice drying tower temperature monitoring system,apply multi-threaded way to complete the drying tower temperature data real-time display and stored in the database.(4)Finish testing the function of drying tower temperature monitoring system,mainly including accuracy test,packet loss rate test and node data transmission distance test,in order to verify the stability of the system device operation,finish conducting laboratory rice drying test,the test results show that: the monitoring system communication performance is stable,the data transmission success rate is above 95%,the consistency of the system monitoring instruments is good,and meet the requirements of complex working environment.It can realize the real-time temperature monitoring function of grain drying process.
