The storage of foodstuff have consanguineous relation to optimize and heighten of human's subsistence quality . Foodstuff are influenced by temperature,humidity,moisture and other factor in storage, it may appear heat,mildew,insect pest etc. In order to reduce the lost of foodstuff and ensure quality, We should exact and timely master kinds of changes in foodstuff storage, finding the variational rule.people have voiced to reduce deleterious substance in foodstuff and improve the quality of foodstuff along with societal advancement and standard of living improve. And the same time the higher desire for detection system of foodstuff,so the accuracy of detection system of grain depot became very important.Detection system of grain depot makes use of present-day electron technology to carry out real-time detection of the changes in grain depot,analyse and forecast the real-time data,bring forward advice and manipulative ways . it will provide professional safeguard and scientific gist for foodstuff storage without accident. Resistance temperature sensor,arithmometer,A/D conversion as basal hardware are mainly used in domestic detection system, connection intricacy,masty maintenance,simple soft design as the mainly characteristic.because detection system's automatization is low ,the work in the grain depot have to log the tempreture and humidity,incessant ted and ventilation, this onerous physical force work not only harm the worker's health but also it is not science and in time. Grain depot detection system's veracity and stability is better and better along with SCM function's boost up and computer are widely used. It become hotspot to find the optimal scheme and greatest performance and price ratio in detection system of grain depot. Along with LSI and high-tech digital sensors are used and developed, it will replace simulation detection system of grain depot ultimately.The aim to design digital detection system of grain depot : to achieve automatization and intelligentize in grain depot control; to improve important collection precision such as temperature and humidity; to alleviate labouring intensity of worker; to ensure the quality of foodstuff; to reduce the cost of storage; to increase economy benefit of the company. The article is for Ylkj-3000 digital detection system's performance and correlative tests have been done. We use digital temperature sensor DS18b20,humidity sensor HIH-4000,PH3 gas sensor(hand-set),pest quantity sensor,digital collection setup to compose collection system。For the characteristic of digital sensor, it resolves the problem of long distance transfers and interferential signals lead to precision fall. Collection data is sent to SIEMENS PLC controller for ventilation motor control, Computer connect to PLC controller for apogean detection , PLC controller will natural work, once the computer does not work, I t will enhance the reliability.we use the MCGS soft which made in china ,it is cheap and sample.Practical result has proved the system has some traits, long-distance transfers,fixing is sample,operation is convenient,measure is accurate,automation is powerful,performance is stabilization.
