With the rapid development of China’s aquaculture industry,the number of large-scale,intensive and modern small-scale farming households is increasing,which brings increasingly prominent environmental problems.Untreated manure water has become an important issue in ecological environmental protection,and the equipment and technology for acidification of manure water have become more and more important,which has become the research focus of scholars at home and abroad.The manure acidification equipment is a kind of treatment equipment to reduce the pH value of manure by adding acid,which can effectively use acidified manure to fix soil total nitrogen and total phosphorus nutrients.The application of acidified manure is beneficial to the accumulation of phosphorus,and has the effects of increasing crop yield,saving energy and reducing emissions.Due to the lack of domestic research on the acidification of wastewater,the wastewater acidification equipment has some problems,such as low safety,high energy consumption and poor acidification effect.Based on the change of physicochemical properties of wastewater acidification test,a wastewater acidification device is developed,which is composed of acidification tank,acidification device,reflux pump,driving system,closed link and other module units.The key components are designed and optimized,and it has the advantages of simple operation,high safety,large scale and segmented driving.In this study,aiming at the research status of wastewater acidification process,in order to solve the environmental problems caused by wastewater and a series of problems such as low safety,high energy consumption and poor acidification effect of related equipment,the wastewater acidification device was optimized by means of algorithm design and model construction,and the acidification process with the highest economic benefit was explored through experiments.The main research contents of this paper include:Design of key components of manure acidification device.Combined with the physical and chemical properties of sewage,according to the acidification process of sewage and the working principle of sewage acidification device,the structure and dimensions of key components such as acidification tank,acid adding device,acid storage tank and reflux device were designed,and the structural parameters of each component were determined.The sewage acidification device was modeled and assembled by Solidworks software.The simulation test of manure acidification device was carried out.The low point angle of the reflux device is set as a variable,and the experimental design is carried out by Fluent simulation to explore the mixing situation and speed change law of manure and water under the same power and different angles in the reflux process.In the process of simulation and analysis,it is found that the mixing degree of manure and water is the best when the horizontal inclination angle is 5,and the control groups with horizontal inclination angles of pipes of 6 and 7 are set,which provides the analysis basis for the low-energy acidification tank.The acidification device of manure water was tested and verified,and the economy of acidifier was analyzed.The optimal results of simulation analysis were trial-produced by the equipment,and the actual acidification effect was tested by measuring and evaluating the pH value of the sewage acidified by the equipment with pH value as the evaluation index.Through the storage test of different acidifiers after acidification,the physical and chemical indexes of manure water are analyzed,and the optimal days of acidification are obtained.Combined with the market price,the economic benefits of various acidifiers are analyzed.Using sulfuric acid as acidifying agent,ammonia emission reduction reached 80%,and nitrogen retention capacity increased by 66.42%.This design improves the working efficiency and safety factor of wastewater acidification,expands the scale of wastewater acidification,and provides support for the technical development and application of wastewater acidification device.
