Straw is a kind of bio energy has the advantages of renewable,green environmental protection,low cost,has the very high use value,but the problem of labor intensity of different segments of operation of large,high cost,poor effects of straw returning,in order to achieve straw picking,transporting,chopping,continuous work field,design 4JJQ-1.5 type straw shredding machine,and field performance test of the technology,to provide reference for crop straw and straw crushing equipment research and development.Specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)the straw picking and chopping machine designed in this paper is mainly used for picking up and chopping straw,and the whole machine adopts suspension type.Its power is provided by the power output shaft of the tractor.Work in part by a pickup device,conveying device,cutting device,transmission system,pick up part of the design for the eccentric telescopic raking finger type conveying device,the chain harrow type,cutting part adopts straight flail cutter,the combined effect of straw treatment,so as to achieve full of straw crushing and returning to uniform.(2)4JJQ-1.5 straw shredding machine to pick up the field performance test showed that the wheat field to pick up the loss rate is 3.82%between the grinding wheel rut pass rate reached 90.12%,straw crushed in a rut pass rate reached 81.1%,throwing non-uniformity is 8.2%;corn plots to pick up the loss rate was 4.61%,between the grinding wheel rut the qualified rate reached 87.54%,rut in the crushing pass rate reached 78.44%,throwing non-uniformity is 12.1%,basically meet the straw shredding machine pick up basically accord with the operation quality of straw returning machine requirements.(3)analysis to field test:straw yield,straw throwing uniformity and agricultural tractor speed,with the increase of tractor speed,the straw shredding machine crushed wheat straw qualified first increases and then decreases,straw throwing uniformity increased gradually;the straw shredding corn straw the machine crushed crushing pass rate gradually decreased,straw throwing uniformity increases gradually.
