In the food safety chain,the cold chain logistics of aquatic products is the most important component,because its transportation objects are relatively special,so its requirements for logistics conditions are relatively high.In recent years,people have increasingly attached importance to the development of cold chain logistics,and even become an important symbol of the level of regional logistics.The improvement of the development level of cold chain logistics can make fresh aquatic and agricultural products more quickly and conveniently transported to various parts of the country,and is an important force in ensuring food safety.In the recent period,with the increase of economic income,people’s dietary concepts and habits have undergone significant changes,and the requirements for freshness of food materials have been continuously improved,creating good conditions for the development of the cold chain logistics industry.As far as Dalian is concerned,in the process of developing the cold chain logistics industry,it is necessary to build a convenient,functional,and professional cold chain logistics system for aquatic products.However,based on the actual situation at this stage,the development of cold chain logistics of aquatic products in Dalian remains at a relatively low level,with various shortcomings.In the research,this article systematically summarizes the concepts and related theories of aquatic product cold chain logistics,refers to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on this topic,explores the shortcomings of Dalian’s aquatic product cold chain logistics,and formulates a series of countermeasures,with a view to making up for the shortcomings of Dalian’s aquatic product cold chain logistics system and improving logistics transportation efficiency,Ensure that the freshness of various aquatic products received by customers can be maintained at a high level.The research in this article mainly focuses on the following aspects:Firstly,a brief introduction is given to the location,economic development level,fishery resources owned by Dalian,and the development of cold chain logistics of aquatic products;Secondly,with the help of SWOT analysis method,a deep level analysis was conducted on the development status of cold chain logistics of aquatic products in Dalian from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats.On this basis,a strategic matrix was established,indicating the direction for the formulation of response strategies.At the same time,a questionnaire was used to conduct a survey of cold chain logistics practitioners,The fundamental reasons for the long-term stagnation of the development of cold chain logistics of aquatic products in Dalian were explored.Thirdly,with reference to the successful practices of Japan,Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao,and the Greater Bay Area in developing cold chain logistics for aquatic products,and in combination with the actual situation of Dalian City,a series of response strategies have been formulated that can help improve the integrity of the cold chain logistics system for aquatic products in Dalian City,mainly including developing an information platform for aquatic products,improving the level of information sharing,increasing regulatory efforts,and constructing a system covering production,storage,processing,transportation Product traceability system for all aspects of sales;Improve the cold chain logistics market access system;Cultivate more professionals who have a better understanding of cold chain logistics of aquatic products,and lay a solid talent foundation for the development of cold chain logistics of aquatic products;Strengthen the detection of cold chain products to avoid large-scale spread of the epidemic using cold chain products;Focus on solving the "last mile" distribution problem,make up for the shortcomings of the collection and distribution system,and build a comprehensive multimodal cold chain logistics system;Introduce more supportive policies,provide stronger financial support,reduce enterprise costs,and achieve high-quality development.
