Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Marine Aquaculture In Zhuanghe City, Dalia

In 2022,the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Doing a Good Job in the Key Work of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization in 2022 was released,which has been the No.1 central document with the theme of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" for 19 consecutive years since 2004.As an important part of China’s agriculture,marine aquaculture has also received widespread attention under the national policy of vigorously supporting agricultural development.For Zhuanghe City,Dalian,mariculture is an important pillar of regional rural economy.Studying the problems and countermeasures of mariculture development in Zhuanghe City,Dalian is of great value for promoting the development of rural economy in Zhuanghe City,Dalian.This paper takes the marine aquaculture industry in Zhuanghe City,Dalian as the research object,and summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the marine aquaculture industry in Zhuanghe City by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and field survey.Through the analysis of the data in the current situation,some factors affecting the mariculture in Zhuanghe City were analyzed,and the index library of influencing factors was selected by consulting literature and expert interviews.The weights of indicators are determined by AHP,the questionnaire is designed and the mean value of each influencing factor is calculated.According to the statistics of the problems existing in the mariculture industry in Zhuanghe City,the countermeasures for solving the problems in the mariculture industry in Zhuanghe City are proposed.The analysis found that the major indicators affecting the development level of the mariculture industry in Zhuanghe City are the quality level of aquaculture subjects,infrastructure investment,knowledge and skills and the degree of organization,followed by marine pollution,environmental awareness,aquaculture development space,technology investment,aquaculture industry structure and environmental protection policy,energy conservation subsidy policy,seasonal change,aquaculture planning,market competition environment,energy conservation and environmental protection technology The impact of aquaculture management and market supply and demand on the development level of marine aquaculture in Zhuanghe City is relatively weak.It is concluded that the natural environment of mariculture still needs to be improved,the support of mariculture policy is limited,the market environment of mariculture is not optimized enough,the technical level of mariculture is relatively backward,the quality level of mariculture subjects is low,the investment in mariculture infrastructure is insufficient,the scale of mariculture is too scattered,and the structure of mariculture industry is low.Put forward the countermeasures for the mariculture industry in Zhuanghe,Dalian,including strengthening the restoration of the mariculture ecological environment,increasing the level of policy support for mariculture,optimizing the mariculture market environment,upgrading the mariculture technology in Zhuanghe,improving the quality level of mariculture main body,increasing the investment in mariculture infrastructure,expanding the scale of mariculture industry,optimizing the structure of mariculture industry,etc.This paper proposes solutions to the problems in the development of marine aquaculture in Zhuanghe City,Dalian,which is of great practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of marine aquaculture.At the same time,it can promote the sustainable development of local economy and increase farmers’ income from the perspective of industrial economic development,and provide impetus for the sustainable development of industrial economy.
