Research On The Utilization Of Cultivated Land And Existing Problems In Grain Production In Huaxian Count

Henan Province is a big agricultural province,slippery County is the first grain production county in Henan Province and an important grain production base in China.The quantity red line and the quality of cultivated land are the first element of food security.In the development of China’s industrialization,urbanization and rural modernization in China,high enterprises with land demand have brought major challenges to the protection of cultivated land,and the development of slippery County is also facing the same problems in recent years.This paper studied the utilization situation,change trend and existing problems in slippery County,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which is of great significance to promoting the protection of agricultural cultivated land and improving the efficient utilization of land resources.Based on comparative analysis,the utilization of cultivated land in slippery County since the new century,especially from 2016-2020,was found that the proportion of cultivated land area in slippery County and land development has generally become stable,reaching 64.2% in 2020.slippery County has maintained a high level of agricultural land area.By investigating the changes of cultivated land(paddy field,irrigated land and dry land),the area of irrigated land and dry land in the last five years;In terms of land management,the proportion of basic farmland and high standard grain farmland in slippery County is higher than that of Henan Province Compared with.The sown area of grain crops generally accounts for about 3/ 4 of the total sown area of cultivated land,far higher than the proportion of cash crops.In terms of the utilization intensity of cultivated land,the cultivated land reproduction index is above 1.9 for many years.The non-agrochemical problems existing in the utilization of cultivated land in slippery County are mainly manifested in the urban and rural residential occupation,the occupation of general farmland by aquaculture,and the out of control of leisure agricultural land management.The decline of cultivated land quality is mainly reflected in farmers’ increasing tendency to "sanitary" farming,decreased organic matter content,decreased water quality,showing a trend of salinization and desertification;plasticity of cultivated land;pollution of breeding waste,etc.In order to solve the problems existing in the utilization of cultivated land in slippery County,the following policies are put forward:(1)improve the comparative economic benefits of cultivated land,by adjusting the minimum purchase price and grain market price,mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers for planting,adjust the agricultural planting structure,and scientifically guide the change of cultivated land.(2)strengthens the adjustment of agricultural land,refines the use of cultivated land,and improves the cultivated land protection system through the formulation of reasonable land use planning and refines the use of cultivated land.(3)strengthens the management of the transfer system,improves the separation system of the three rights of cultivated land,strengthens the supervision and management and sets up risk guarantee funds.(4)Enhance farmers’ awareness of land use,and guide them to enter business organizations in an orderly manner,Intensive and reasonable use of land.(5)Protect the use environment of cultivated land and carry out protective cultivation.
