In order to improve the sowing quality and give full play to the advantage of increasing yield,it is necessary to monitor the sowing depth in real time and adjust the sowing machines and tools in time to ensure that the seeds are sown to a consistent depth.In the process of sowing,the staff are located in the cab and cannot observe the operation manually.A large amount of straw will affect the ditching effect of the ditcher,and even the phenomenon of large-area missed sowing.In order to avoid the above situation,a reasonable design is needed to realize the collection and display of sowing depth information,and solve the problem that it is not easy to detect the real-time sowing depth manually.Based on the effective monitoring of sowing depth,combined with single chip microcomputer control,wireless communication and other technologies,this study carried out the design and experimental research of corn no tillage planter sowing depth monitoring system.The main contents are as follows:(1)Overall design of broadcast depth real-time monitoring system.According to the performance index of 2bmzf-2 no tillage finger clip precision fertilization planter,this paper plans the main functions of the sowing depth monitoring system,introduces in detail the function realization of each functional module composed of the system,and focuses on the working principle of the sowing depth data acquisition module.(2)Hardware design of broadcast depth real-time monitoring system.According to the functional requirements of broadcasting depth monitoring system to collect broadcasting depth data and display it in real time,the hardware of broadcasting depth information acquisition module and wireless communication module are emphatically designed.Wxy31 pull wire displacement sensor suitable for complex working conditions is selected,and filter circuit and analog-to-digital conversion module are equipped;Esp8266 Wi Fi module is selected to realize the realtime display of broadcast depth data on Android intelligent devices.(3)Software design of broadcast depth real-time monitoring systemAdopt the modular programming method to compile and develop the software system.The main functions and program flow chart of the main program,broadcast depth information acquisition module subroutine and wireless communication module sending and receiving subroutine are introduced in detail.The depth monitoring application software developed realizes the setting of depth parameters and the display of operation information.(4)Carry out field experiments and data analysis.In order to further understand the influence of relevant factors on sowing depth in the process of locomotive operation,the field seedling emergence rate comparison experiment of different straw coverage on the surface and the consistency of different sowing depth was carried out.Finally,the field experiment of the whole sowing depth monitoring system is carried out,the experimental data are deeply analyzed,and the function of the system is further improved.
