Intangible cultural heritage not only reflects the history and cultural achievements of a country,but also is a valuable cultural resource.China has also made remarkable achievements in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,building a four-level intangible cultural heritage protection system of "national + province + city + county" to maintain the historical inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.China’s traditional opera has a long history and a wide variety of programs.It embodies the wisdom of several generations,has a strong local color,and has a broad mass base.Shandong Province,as a major province of intangible heritage resources of traditional drama,has successfully discovered many intangible heritage projects of traditional drama through the unremitting efforts of governments at all levels and all walks of life,and gradually attracted people’s attention.However,due to the changes in the social and economic structure,the diversification of entertainment forms and the challenges brought by multi-culture,the traditional drama intangible cultural heritage protection projects in Shandong Province are actually facing a very severe crisis of survival and development,and even the risk of extinction.How to further optimize the protection of intangible cultural heritage is an important task that both government administrators and society need to solve as soon as possible,and it is also a very key topic in the field of economic and social development.Based on the theory of multi-center governance,the theory of public goods,the theory of cultural ecology,and other theories,this paper adopts research methods such as interview,field observation.Shandong Province has introduced some effective measures in the protection of drama intangible cultural heritage,and has made certain achievements.From the perspective of public management,the government level,the society level and the intangible cultural heritage project itself,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the protection of traditional drama intangible cultural heritage in Shandong Province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures one by one from these three levels.At the same time,it strives to promote the establishment of a tripartite coordination mechanism.Effective protection of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional operas will be realized. |
