At present,our country is vigorously promoting the program of building a culturally powerful country,stimulating national cultural self-confidence and enhancing national soft power.As a public welfare exhibition hall built to promote the popularization of scientific and cultural knowledge,it has a pivotal position in public cultural undertakings,and how to better play the characteristics of public welfare,scholarship and popular science of the exhibition hall provides people with a more convenient and comfortable scientific and cultural exchange platform,which is the common pursuit of the exhibition hall organizing team.At the same time,with the rapid increase in the number of exhibition halls and the lack of relevant operating models and talents,many public welfare exhibition halls will encounter the problem of organizational performance management.Therefore,it is very important to study the influencing factors of the organizational performance of public welfare exhibition halls,because good exhibition hall organizational performance can not only promote the long-term development of the exhibition hall,but also form good organizational benefits,enhance the cohesion of the entire organizational team,and better play a role in the construction of national cultural undertakings.Firstly,the research status of public welfare exhibition hall management and the research status of organizational performance influencing factors are sorted out and analyzed,and then the theoretical research of performance management is summarized.The influencing factors of organizational performance of public welfare pavilions are divided into seven categories: leadership behavior,trust and communication,team heterogeneity,salary and welfare gap,organizational routine update,work autonomy and external environment,and an empirical model of the influencing factors of organizational performance of public welfare pavilions is established.A questionnaire survey was conducted for the organizing team of the public welfare exhibition hall,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS software,and then the conceptual model was analyzed,evaluated and corrected by AMOS software,and the relevant interference model was established for work autonomy and external environment.The empirical results show that the two factors of leadership behavior,trust and communication have a positive impact on organizational performance.The two factors of work autonomy and external environment have a positive moderating effect on the influence of leadership behavior on organizational performance.The three factors of salary and welfare differentiation,team heterogeneity,and organizational routine update have no significant impact on organizational performance.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of organizational performance in public welfare exhibition halls based on the theory of updating organizational practices and the relevant research on the influencing factors of organizational performance.According to the current situation of performance management of relevant exhibition halls,an empirical model of influencing factors is proposed and analyzed and concluded,which provides reference experience for domestic public welfare exhibition halls.
