In order to find a pathway which can facilitate the development of enterprises by promoting their members’performance of how to improve their psychological capital(PsyCap) and organizational identification, Our research revised the 《PCQ of Enterprise members》 which was on the basis of the Western country’s PCQ-24and Chinese culture. Taking use of this revised scale and other two scales as well, we surveyed the current situation and trait of Enterprise members’ PsyCap, and explored the relationship among the Enterprise members’ PsyCap、organizational identification and performance.The conclusions from this study are as follow:(1)The revised PCQ(short for Psychological Capital Questionaire) includes4demensions which are Confidence、Hope、Resiliency and Optimism. It’s has good reliability and validity which can be used as a effective tool for further study.(2) Under the background of Chinese enterprises, the total level of current enterprise members’ PsyCap are generally above the average level, scores ranged from high to low are Hope、Optimism、Confidence and Resiliency.(3)There are significant differences in sex、age、educational background、seniority and staffing level.(4)It’s can be proved that there have been significant correlations among PsyCap、 Organizational Identification and Performance.(5)By the Multivariate Regression Analysis among PsyCap、Organizational Identification and Performance, we can came to the following conclusions:Resiliency and Optimism can significantly predict Task performance, Resiliency、Optimism and Confidence can significantly predict contextual performance, Optimism and Confidence can significantly predict Cognitive Identification, Optimism and Resiliency can significantly predict Behavioral Identification, Cognitive Identification and Behavioral Identification can significantly predict Task performance and Contextual performance.(6)Organizational Identification is the moderate variable of PsyCap and Performance.
