A Study On Reception Aesthetics Of Major Revolutionary Historical Films In Recent Five Years (2017-2021)

This article studies major revolutionary historical films from 2017 to 2021 as a whole,and uses the theory of reception aesthetics to analyze the reasons for the good development momentum of these films in the past five years.In the context of the new era,the narrative strategy,the evolution of the structure,and the deep interaction between the audience,in order to further explore the combination of the characteristics of acceptance aesthetics and creative practice presented by films with major revolutionary historical themes.In the introduction part,an overview of the relevant concepts involved in this article is given,followed by an explanation of the academic research on reception aesthetics and films with major revolutionary historical themes.The first chapter,starting from the aesthetic origin of major revolutionary historical films,clarifies the development of the film in accordance with the policy and historical background,divides it into three stages of exploration,creation and prosperity,and elaborates the development characteristics of each period in combination with specific films.From the second chapter to the fourth chapter,starting from the theoretical perspective of reception aesthetics,for the major revolutionary historical films in the past five years,further focusing on the three aspects of film creation motivation,internal structure establishment and the satisfaction of the audience’s vision,in-depth and detailed Analyze the characteristics of acceptance aesthetics presented by it.The fifth chapter summarizes the experience in the creation of major revolutionary historical films in the past five years,affirms its achievements,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions for the creation of current films with this theme.
