The Creation And Research Of Lacquer Painting With The Series Of Theme Of "Beihai Old Street"

Chinese lacquer art has a history of 8,000 years.The beauty of lacquer painting lies in its characteristics.The unique texture and visual effects displayed by lacquer art are unparalleled by other artistic materials.Throughout the National Lacquer Painting exhibition in recent decades,there were many lacquer painting works that represent ancient architecture in various places.However,the lacquer painting creations and related theoretical studies focusing on Beihai Old Street was lacking.Beihai Old Street Riding Building is a bright pearl of the collision of Eastern and Western cultures,it is not only an architectural style,but also the historical and cultural memory of this city.Through the subtle and profound language of lacquer art,the author’s creation used "lacquer" to present the architectural style of the Beihai Old Street.It evokes people’s inner resonance and strengthens the inheritance of historical culture.This thesis focuses on the Beihai Old Street,started from the perspective of lacquer painting,and interpreted the architecture of the old street with the help of aesthetic methods.Firstly,the historical formation,unique architectural style and aesthetic value of the Beihai Old Street were discussed,the local culture and customs were understood,and the artistic connotation of the architecture of the riding tower in the context of painting were explored.Secondly,the history and situation of modern Chinese lacquer painting,as well as the materials and techniques used in the creation of lacquer painting were briefly discussed.Then,through the analysis of lacquer painting cases that represent Chinese and Western ancient architecture,the artistic characteristics of lacquer painting of ancient architecture in different regions were discussed in multiple dimensions,and the painting style,color language and material techniques of the picture were explored in depth.Finally,in conjunction with the graduation design,the author considered the creation of lacquer paintings of the Beihai Old Street,selected the appropriate materials and technical language to represent the buildings in Beihai Old Street,and have completing the series of lacquer paintings in "Beihai Old Street".The author’s creation of lacquer paintings concerning the Beihai Old Street is a positive practice for the combination of Chinese and Western architectural lacquer paintings,showing the historical and cultural heritage of Beihai Old Street,while opened a new way for the artistic creation of the Beihai Old Street.
