Epitaph is an important form of rock carvings in ancient China,the origin of early spread long,and our country remains rich in diverse styles can be studied.With the rise of the Qing Ran archaeological excavations,unearthed epitaphs also increasing,people began to study epitaphs also becoming more important,many scholars agree that Epitaph has a wide range of research value.Only for the purposes of calligraphy,calligraphy epitaphs varied,the same beautiful,a lot of good books epitaph has already become a model for academic clinical learning,as the majority of calligraphy lovers Fountainhead,epitaph as Zhang Xuan,Wei many "Yuanshi" royal epitaphs and so on,many calligraphy benefit from this,therefore,we are exploring the study of epitaphs calligraphy,is naturally an important theoretical issue,especially for"Yuanshi" Royal epitaphs of the Northern Wei Dynasty research,more representative of the time.In this paper,the most representative of the Northern Wei Dynasty "Yuanshi" Epitaph after a careful investigation,that "Yuanshi" Epitaph style formed mainly because of the traditional inscriptions of Luoyang,the Northern Wei Period aristocratic families and the Southern North calligraphy pass,of which Cui,Lu ancient aristocratic families from generation to generation of the Han period,forming a distinctive characteristic of the Northern Wei Dynasty calligraphy.Meanwhile,in the active period of the Northern Chinese policy,in particular the positive reform of Emperor,and Confucian culture are respected for Northern calligraphy had a huge impact,creating a Northern "Yuanshi" Epitaph very unique artistic value.Wei "Yuanshi" Epitaph calligraphy history except significance,also has great artistic value,its value is its greatest artistic variety of styles and unique aesthetic composition.In the outer aesthetic style division,it can be divided into Fangjun Xiong Jian,Kuanbo peace,harmony and exotic Qiu Li Austere,of which the most characteristic is Fangjun Xiong Jian,calm Kuanbo.Including aesthetic concepts,the Northern Wei Dynasty Tablet Inscriptions affected by the prevailing social consciousness and national cultural characteristics,in the aesthetic calligraphy formed heavy gesture,heavy air force,heavy Founder elegant concept,fundamentally determines the Northern Wei Dynasty "Yuanshi "Epitaph quality-oriented,the Literary merger aesthetic style.Northern Wei Dynasty Tablet Inscriptions has an important position in the Chinese art of calligraphy in modern history,it is not only to promote the prosperity of the monument Qing Dynasty,also affected spawned a number of calligraphy.In the history of calligraphy in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of calligraphy developments and achievements eloquent testimony to this view.Northern Epitaph down to business because of the unique artistic style and aesthetic appeal,combined with a lot of time unearthed epitaphs nearly modern calligraphy offers a huge treasure trove of resources.Meanwhile,the Northern Wei Dynasty "Yuanshi" epitaphs unearthed a large number of epitaphs also brought culture flourished,so the epitaph calligraphy generally favored by the literati,a large number of scholars have competed clinical learning Epitaph calligraphy regular script calligraphy exhibition become the main force in the creation of emulated.We believe that this epitaph rich culture and calligraphy treasures,and will certainly become a carry forward traditional Chinese culture is an important resource treasure.Since Epitaph calligraphy is a big issue,this article just chose the Northern Wei Dynasty Tablet Inscriptions for "Yuanshi" royal epitaphs in several aspects,other issues also need to explore in depth the future of learning and clinical learning.
