The 20 th National Congress of the CPC called for promoting confidence in China’s culture,strengthening the development of the cultural industry,telling China’s stories well,and promoting international cultural exchanges and cooperation.Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government of Jiangsu Province also proposed in the "14th Five-Year Plan" to rebuild the core status of "Jiangnan culture".Jiangnan culture not only shows the natural environment,history and cultural landscape of Jiangnan,but also reflects the spirit of traditional culture.The ancient villages in Jiangnan are the carrier of Jiangnan culture and the important issue of Chinese culture communication.At the same time,the ancient villages in the south of Jiangnan contain its unique characteristics and the beauty of the ancient simplicity,with strong aesthetic value and dissemination value.The feature film "Ancient Rhyme Tang Li " selects the ancient Village of Tangli,Jinting Town,Xishan Island,Taihu Lake,Suzhou City,which is characterized by Jiangnan region,as the core shooting object,showing the natural scenery,cultural environment,spiritual culture,villagers’ living conditions,village economic tourism development and village spatial environment restoration in Tangli Ancient village.Starting from Renbentang,a building of the Ming and Qing dynasties with a long history and carving characteristics,the influence of Xu family’s traditional cultural spirit and family governance mode on villagers’ life and management concept is highlighted.Describe the villagers’ daily life and economic income,as well as the local government’s protection and restoration of the village,so as to show the most authentic appearance of the ancient village in Tangli and the beauty of the village space,help spread the culture of Jiangnan,let the public feel the softness and simplicity of the village,and at the same time,have a deeper understanding of the culture of Jiangnan,so as to promote and inherit the culture of Jiangnan.The author analyzes and expounds the work from the aspects of preliminary research,conception of the work,creative process,creative characteristics and creative reflection.The works take the ancient village of Tangli as the representative village.In terms of creation concept,through storytelling and poetic image narration,typical cultural symbols of the villages are excavated and visually presented,so as to show the ecological culture,landscape culture,historical culture and spiritual culture of the villages,and enhance the public’s cognition and attention to the traditional ancient villages in the South of the Yangtze River.To enhance the communication power,influence and visibility of Jiangnan culture,so as to reshape Jiangnan culture,promote the development of cultural industry,and provide reference value for the development of ancient villages in other areas.
