The Overall Perception Of Folk Music Ensemble Promotes Team Efficacy Path Exploration

Aiming at the problem of contemporary students’ lack of team efficiency,this paper tries to expand a new path to improve team efficiency in the form of overall perception of folk music ensemble.In modern society,the lack of team efficiency in study or work will lead to the inability to integrate into the collective,lax discipline and low work efficiency,so the cultivation of team efficiency is of great significance to the whole society.There are many means of cultivating team efficiency.Now many primary and secondary schools cultivate students ’team efficiency from the aspects of sports and cultural classroom.This paper tries to promote the improvement of students’ team efficiency through the method of overall perception in the form of folk music ensemble in music.Music education is not to cultivate musicians,but a kind of aesthetic education to cultivate people,paying more attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality.Folk music ensemble is all kinds of traditional Chinese instruments through reasonable collocation,form including pitch,tenor,bass texture music overall effect,is composed of multiple parts,multiple instruments,multiple melody played together,this paper to folk music ensemble vocal between balance,rhythm balance,texture coordination as the carrier,using the overall perception,sharing perception,perception holistic theory method improve the overall effect,and constantly promote the folk music ensemble team goals,team communication,team specification the main factors affecting the team effectiveness,achieve the purpose of improving team efficacy.In general,this paper mainly from two aspects to solve the problem of weak team efficacy: 1.Folk music ensemble professional technical level: folk music ensemble as the nature of the team art practice has the basis of improving team performance,folk music ensemble intonation,rhythm,sound,sound effect,and other aspects of the overall balance,need to have a strong team effectiveness between ensemble members.In addition,in the process of folk music ensemble rehearsal,team communication,team goals,team norms and other factors are involved,and these factors are the key to promote the improvement of team efficiency.2.Overall perception among team members: Overall perception makes the orchestra members perceive the overall advantage effect and realize the importance of team efficiency.In the training process,the overall perception to solve the basic balance problem in the ensemble.The process of overall perception of folk music ensemble is also conducive to promoting the establishment of shared perception and team identity,so as to achieve the purpose of improving team efficiency.No matter from the perspective of the professional Angle,psychological perception,folk music ensemble overall perception can promote the team efficacy,ensemble members in the pitch balance,rhythm balance,texture cooperate in the process of combining team goals,team communication,team specification of the factors affecting the team efficacy,eventually to folk music ensemble repertoire complete rendering degree,to achieve the purpose of improving team effectiveness between ensemble members.
