| Chinese food culture is extensive,profound and colorful,which is deeply loved by Chinese learners.Therefore,attention should be paid to the teaching of food culture in international Chinese teaching.Integrating food culture into the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language can not only arouse students’ enthusiasm in learning Chinese culture,but also help them better understand the living habits and ways of thinking of Chinese people,correctly use Chinese to express themselves,and improve their communicative and language expression ability.This paper mainly takes the teaching of Shanxi’s food culture as an example,conducts research on the teaching of food culture,points out the advantages of Shanxi’s food vocabulary in textbooks,summarizes and specifically analyzes the characteristics and connotation of Shanxi’s food culture,and on this basis discusses how to better teach food culture in international Chinese teaching.In order to provide some reference value for the teaching of food culture in the international Chinese language teaching,this paper puts forward some specific strategies and matters that should be paid attention to in the teaching of food culture.Apart from the introduction,the thesis is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the connotation of food culture and its significance in international Chinese teaching.The second part examines the embodiment of food related content in the textbooks,and makes statistics,induction and analysis of the food vocabulary and food culture involved in the comprehensive series of textbooks of "International Chinese Language Education Chinese Proficiency Level Standards"(hereinafter referred to as "Standards")and "Developing Chinese".It is found that the diet words in the textbook are simply annotated by the grammatical translation method,and their inner deep meaning is not properly explained.Even with the increase in the level of difficulty of teaching materials,there are rich cultural connotations of food words,but there are very few explanations on the relevant cultural level.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the attention to the teaching of food culture and expand and extend the teaching materials.The third part,on the basis of analyzing the advantages of Shanxi diet words in textbooks,summarizes the general characteristics and connotation of Shanxi diet culture,respectively from the pursuit of a better life,the sustenance of spiritual faith and the inheritance of simple ideas.The fourth part focuses on how to teach better,mainly from the teaching of food culture factors,food culture vocabulary teaching and thematic activities teaching three aspects of teaching strategies,and finally put forward two points that should be paid attention to. |
