| Symbolism painting is a school of painting derived from the influence of Symbolism art trend in the middle and late 19 th century.Symbolism pursues an ideal world that is divorced from reality,attaches importance to the expression of artists’ thoughts and feelings,and has the artistic expression characteristics of the integration of poetic ideas and painting forms.This paper first analyzes the background of Symbolism school of painting,its characteristics,and the inheritance and development of Symbolism painting;Secondly,through the analysis of contemporary paintings with Symbolism characteristics at home and abroad,aiming at the needs of creation and research,the content of Symbolism works was refined and developed.Finally,the theory was combined with their own creation.Finally,in the graduation creation,the author expressed the thoughts and feelings of the main school of painting in the form of oil painting.At the same time,this article is also a summary of the author’s three years of graduate studies,in order to continue to seek the formation of personal creative style. |
