Research And Design On Commercial Space Wayfinding System From Perspective Of Experience

Nowadays,with the rapid development of social economy and the increasing level of people’s consumption,large-scale shopping malls are constantly being built,and the consumption types and spatial structures in commercial spaces are becoming more and more diversified.The guidance system in the commercial space environment is an intermediate consumption The information interaction "bridge" between the user side and the business side should also change from the traditional single,fixed,and passive traditional design method to the thinking direction of experience design,and design a guidance system that integrates user experience as the center.,Based on this model,applied to most commercial spaces.First,take the existing guidance system in commercial space as a case study,analyze its technical characteristics and guidance system design strategy,summarize the shortcomings of the traditional guidance system,and propose improvements.Second,the design method of experience design is added to the design method of the guide design system,and the "experience type guide" is summarized.Summarize the characteristics and regularity,bring the guide design into the model framework of experience design,and summarize the design method and design logic of "experience-based guide design".Third,study the design strategy of the experience design of the new media guidance system,analyze and summarize the guidance system cases from the aspects of new media technology application,experience design,and information dissemination,and explore the changes in the design of the guidance system under the new media technology.,The deduction shifts from static to dynamic,from traditional media to new media,and from static orientation to interaction.The expression mode of the new media guidance system from the perspective of experience design is extracted,and the structure,color,information,communication and other different characteristics of the guidance design are formed to form a set of guidance system prototypes that can be used as a general design strategy.Finally,this article will combine theoretical research and design practice to summarize the design rules of the guidance system in the existing commercial space,and introduce the concept of experience design into the design of the guidance system to realize the service of the guidance system terminal The process is systematized,and ultimately better serve the commercial space and consumer users,and achieve a better interactive experience and consumer experience.
