Exploring The Narrative Method Of Photographic Images

Photography itself has the way of observing the world is inherited from the natural world,through the development of the times and the promotion of various genres,photography in the creation of techniques and forms of diversification of narrative ideas have become more and more broad,the use of images for narrative photographers in the exploration of narrative possibilities has never stopped.When we appear in front of people with photography as a "fact",photography has actually become a narrator of a narrative,and photography is an art that can transform the content of the narrative into a visible picture and present it.Through the application of narrative methods in photographic creation,this paper combines a large number of creative practices to think and explore image narrative.Starting from the realistic theme,the social phenomenon of "queuing,posing and checking in" popular among young people is used as the source of creation,and the creative medium of photography is used to further explore the multiple possibilities and artistry of image narrative.This paper is divided into three parts,the first part of which briefly sorts out the theoretical origin,era development and connection between photographic narrative and viewing.The second part expounds the application of narrative methods in photographic creation,and further discusses the production of narrative in images based on the narrative arrangement of related photographic artists and his personal work "Companion".The third part is the narrative analysis of the creative ideas of his personal work "Companion",and finally a speculative summary of the integration between realistic narrative and artistic presentation in photographic creation.
