After the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the new central collective leadership visited the Yan’an Revolutionary Memorial Site.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the spirit of Yan’an is the valuable spiritual wealth of the Party and should be passed on from generation to generation.Yan’an Red Education,as an important carrier for the inheritance and development of the Yan’an spirit,is to shoulder the responsibility of the times in the new historical period.However,in the actual implementation process,Yan’an red education still has some weak links,of which the affinity is not enough to highlight the performance.Red education affinity is a synergy formed by activating the affinity factor contained in each element of the education process,how to explore the path of activating the affinity factor through the ideological and political psychological perspective,can effectively enhance the sense of identity of the education object to Yan’an red education,so as to enhance the effectiveness of Yan’an red education.This is crucial for the vigorous development of Yan’an red education in the new historical period.Through an overview of the concepts of ideological and political education psychology,red education,affinity,and red education affinity and an analysis of the connection between ideological and political education psychology and red education affinity,this paper analyzes the influence of the psychological quality,psychological state and personality psychology of educators and educated people,the psychological atmosphere created by the educational environment,and the psychological principles applied by the educational mediator on the affinity of red education from the perspective of ideological and political education psychology.This provides the theoretical support for the later analysis of the reasons for the lack of affinity for red education in Yan’an from the psychological level.In the new era of Yan’an red education,the enhancement of affinity is essential to achieve innovative development that keeps up with the times.Building a positive interactive relationship between educators and educated people,creating a good psychological context for red education,and innovating red education content and methods that keep up with the times all need to achieve the established effect by enhancing affinity.In addition,enhancing the affinity of red education has important practical guidance significance for further enhancing the red education in Yan’an in terms of emotional education,moral education and collaborative education of all elements,and for better inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of creation,struggle,unity and dream contained in the red culture in the new era.In recent years,Yan’an Red Education has continued to combine the requirements of the times,and has made useful explorations in red education content modules,red education teaching forms and artistic condensation of red cultural resources.It has created a content system with ideals and beliefs module,party history and construction module,and mass line module as the main framework,innovated a variety of red education teaching forms with on-site teaching,thematic teaching,passionate education and experiential teaching,and created a number of red performing arts plays with local historical and cultural characteristics represented by red themed cultural shows.Although Yan’an red education has made some achievements in shaping and enhancing affinity,there are still some problems in the actual process of red education.For example,the differences in the thinking structure and inter-subjective relationship between educators and educated people,the emotional gap caused by the imbalance in the ratio of teaching emotional expectations and inputs,the lack of innovation in the form of red education media,the lack of representativeness in the selection of content,the lack of appropriateness caused by the poor experience in the process of activities,and the lack of artistic atmosphere in the physical environment,the weakened influence in the spiritual environment and the virtual environment of the red education ring.The lack of artistic flavor in the physical environment,the weakened influence in the spiritual environment,and the lack of construction effectiveness in the virtual environment all restrict the role of Yan’an red education affinity to a certain extent.This paper analyzes the causes of the above problems from the perspective of ideological and political education psychology,with educators and educated people as the main factors,and concludes that the problems arise from the psychological contradictions between educators,educated people and other elements of red education,and as long as the psychological contradictions are channeled,we can effectively improve the affinity of Yan’an red education.First of all,we should focus on the comprehensive quality training of red educators to enhance the affinity of the main body of Yan’an red education.By cultivating positive and healthy emotions and establishing clear self-cognition,red educators can have high positive psychological quality;propose to shape the personality charm of red educators from three aspects: academic personality,moral personality and emotional personality;improve the expression ability of red educators by improving speech ability and cultivating communication ability.Secondly,we should focus on the psychological guidance of the educated to enhance the object affinity of Yan’an red education.By guiding the educated to pursue high-level spiritual needs to stimulate their learning motivation of red education;using novel stimuli and repetitive stimuli to draw the attention of the educated to red education;by guiding understanding to trigger the educated to think and understand red education better;by guiding acceptance to enable the educated to effectively extract information of red education and form correct cognitive concepts.Finally,we should optimize the creation of red education psychological environment to enhance the affinity of Yan’an red education environment.By creating objective situations to serve the theme,vivid image language situations,and thought-provoking problem situations to stimulate educated people’s curiosity and curiosity,and increase their interest in learning red education.
