The ideological and political educational work in non-public enterprises is an important part of the ideological and political educational work of the communist party,and in recent years, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the ideological and political educational work in non public enterprises Attach great importance to the Party Central Committee and the party committees at all levels.However,Compared with the rapid development of economy, The work of Ideological and Political Education in non-public enterprises is relatively weak,which,is closely related to the non-public enterprises’private nature of the enterprise and the pursuit,complex work objects and ideology, light work guidance and requirements and other factors, so the domestic research on the ideological and political education of non-public enterprises is quite rarely.Positive psychology is popular all over the world since the90’s of last century, and its influence throughout the world in psychology, which is known as the fourth wave of international psychology.Positive psychology advocates positive view of human nature.the positive force of human, and make a positive interpretation of the problem, of which main research contents have a positive emotional experience, positive personality and positive social organization.Based on deep analysis of the reasons in the existence of non-public enterprise’s ideological and political education work problems and problems,the study shows that the idea and the methods of positive psychology is applied to guide the work of ideological and political education of non-public enterprises is feasible, it also has some innovative.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature and investigation on the current situation of the ideological and political educational work in non-public enterprises,at first,the study introduces the connotation of the theory of positive psychology, research background, content, and the content of Ideological and political education, the existence of non-public enterprises and analysis of its reason,and on the basis of thatthe study puts forward the functions of the theory of positive psychology of Ideological and political education of non-public enterprises.Then, through the analysis of survey results, tease out the ideological status of employees in non-public enterprises based on the theory of positive psychology from the psychological capital, positive personality and subjective well-being in three aspects, and analyzed its causes.Finally, this study expounds the concrete strategies of private enterprises in the innovation of Ideological and political education from the perspective of positive psychology from three aspects of concept innovation, content innovation and management innovation.
